Initiated in 2009, Oasis for Posterity (OfP) is a not-for-profit social welfare organization registered under the Department of Social Services of the Ministry of Social Welfare, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Established in 2009, Oasis for Posterity (OfP) is a Non-Governmental Organization registered under the Ministry of Social Welfare based in Rangpur, a famine region of Ban

gladesh where the majority of residents live below the poverty line. By alleviating seasonal famine and food security concerns, improving education and skill training, creating awareness and solutions for health care issues, and by providing means for income generation, OfP empowers the women, men, and youth of present and future generations.
