The organization had been founded in 2005 by a group of dedicated social workers and local elites under the leadership of Mr..Rafiqul Islam Sarker, a former Joint

Secretary of the Bangladesh Government. This was registered in the Social Welfare Directorate Vide Reg. No.Nil/280/2005, in NGO Affairs Bureau (NGOAB) Vide Reg. No 3228, Dated: 15/12/2019 and in the Department of Women Affairs Vide Reg. No 138, Dated: 26/02/2017. CADAM works to render all possible help to the suffering humanity of large with basic thrust on poverty alleviation and socio-economic empowerment of the poor, especially woman. CADAM tries to provide innovative services in different fields of development to bring sustainable impact for improving the quality of life of the target beneficiaries
