"Green Hill", a CHT people’s non-political development organization was commissioned on March 2, 1994 by some dedicated and highly educated tribal social workers based at Rangamati, Chittagong Hill Tracts with a view to promoting the socio-economic status of the poor CHT communities. Eleven different indigenous communities along with the Bengali inhabit the greater Chittagong Hill Tracts (Rangamat

i, Bandarban and Khagrachari districts). It covers an area of 5093 square miles, mostly hilly and inaccessible. Its mountainous configuration, distinctive ethnicity with divergent culture, language and social practices in contrast to the rest of the country has clearly side lined the region from the mainstream society and its national development process. In addition to this, political wrangling involving the rights of the indigenous peoples over the last few decades has stifled small local initiatives and drives for ushering in any positive change in the CHT. Until recently this region has had no exposure to any major impact-centric development initiatives. A large part of CHT population thus continues to remain underprivileged and poor. Since 1994 Green Hill has been committed to work with and for the underprivileged people of the CHT to alleviate their poverty situation. During the 20 years of Green Hill's existence many development initiatives have been undertaken with fairly encouraging results.

আজ ২০ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ ইংরেজী রোজ সোমবার সকাল ১০ ঘটিকার সময় থেকে গ্রীন হিলের ইমেইল সার্ভারে কারিগরী ত্রুটির কারণে কোন প্রকার মেইল আদান-প্রদান ও গ্রহণ করা সম্ভব হচ্ছেনা। সাময়িক এই অসুবিধার জন্য আমরা আন্তরিকভাবে দুঃখিত। ইমেইল সার্ভারের কারিগরী সমস্যা সমাধানের কাজ চলমান রয়েছে।

আজ ২০ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ ইংরেজী সকাল ১০ ঘটিকার পরে যেসকল আগ্রহী চাকরিপ্রার্থী ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করার চেষ্টা করেছেন কিন্তু আবেদন করতে পারেননি তাদের কাছে দুঃখ প্রকাশ করছি।

আগ্রহী চাকরি পদপ্রার্থীদের মধ্যে যারা ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করবেন তাদেরকে অবহিত করা যাচ্ছে যে আগামী ২২ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ থেকে পুনঃরায় আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে এবং আবেদনের সময়সীমা ২ (দুই) দিন বর্ধিত করে আগামী ২৫ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ ইংরেজী বিকাল ৪ ঘটিকা পর্যন্ত আবেদন পত্র গ্রহণ করা হবে। তবে হার্ড কপি আবেদন পত্র প্রদানের ক্ষেত্রে ২৩ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ ইংরেজী বিকাল ৪ ঘটিকা পর্যন্ত বলবৎ থাকবে।
