IEEE RUET IAS Student Branch Chapter IAS (Industry Applications Society), a chapter of IEEE, has been opened as IEEE RUET SB IAS Chapter in RUET since 8 February, 2016.

It is a non profit organization aiming to improve the applied knowledge and professional skills of engineering students. It is a nonprofit organization aiming to improve the applied knowledge and skills of engineering students in industrial sectors as well as in technology sides. On 14 December, Bangladesh pays solemn tribute to the nationโ€™s intellectual community, who were brutally killed by the Pakistani occupation forces in a last-minute attempt during the Liberation War of 1971. This targeted massacre of eminent intellectualsโ€”educators, engineers, and researchersโ€”was intended to cripple the emerging nation. Their sacrifice echoes through generations, reminding us of the priceless value of knowledge, education, and intellectual integrity.

At this solemn moment in our history, ๐ˆ๐„๐„๐„ ๐‘๐”๐„๐“ ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ก recognizes the sacrifice of individuals whose contributions were indispensable to building a knowledge-driven society.
