The ๐ˆ๐„๐„๐„ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐’๐จ๐œ๐ข๐ž๐ญ๐ฒ ๐‘๐”๐„๐“ ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ก ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฉ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ, in collaboration with the ๐ˆ๐„๐„๐„ ๐‘๐”๐„๐“ ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ก, successfully organized the workshop โ€œ๐‘ฉ๐’†๐’š๐’๐’๐’… ๐‘จ๐’๐’ˆ๐’๐’“๐’Š๐’•๐’‰๐’Ž๐’”: ๐‘ด๐’‚๐’„๐’‰๐’Š๐’๐’† ๐‘ณ๐’†๐’‚๐’“๐’๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ & ๐‘ซ๐’†๐’†๐’‘ ๐‘ณ๐’†๐’‚๐’“๐’๐’Š๐’๐’ˆโ€ on ๐Ÿ“ ๐€๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”.

The session introduced participants to the fundamentals, practical applications, and future possibilities of ๐Œ๐š๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐‹๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ž๐ฉ ๐‹๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ . Conducted by ๐Œ๐. ๐€๐ณ๐ฆ๐š๐ข๐ง ๐˜๐š๐ค๐ข๐ง ๐’๐ซ๐ข๐ณ๐จ๐ง, the workshop created an engaging learning environment where students explored the growing role of AI in academia, research, and industry.

To make the learning experience more interactive, an ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ณ was held at the end of the workshop, giving participants an opportunity to test their understanding of the concepts covered during the session.

๐Œ๐. ๐€๐ณ๐ฆ๐š๐ข๐ง ๐˜๐š๐ค๐ข๐ง ๐’๐ซ๐ข๐ฃ๐จ๐ง ๐’๐ข๐ซ, Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), RUET, served as the resource person for the session. The talk offered a clear and hands-on introduction to the basics of Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL).

He covered the underlying concepts of ML and DL and how they're being put to use across industries before moving into practical advice for students hoping to enter the field and the skills to build, tools to learn and resources worth exploring. The talk also touched on the current state of AI research and the opportunities it presents moving forward.

The program concluded with a quiz based on the session's content, providing participants with an opportunity to test their knowledge in a lively, competitive format. The top three performers were recognized and awarded for their outstanding performance.

By the end, attendees walked away with a stronger grasp of ML and DL, fresh motivation and a clearer sense of how to move forward in the field.
