Rajshahi University Higher Study Club (RUHSC) is one of the most functional & prominent communities among all well recognised institutions of Bangladesh, accumulated with visionary alumni & other higher study consultancies across the country. Since its inception in 2014 as a non affiliated voluntary organisation, its core objective is to provide comprehensive support & opportunities to the higher

study aspirants with a view to enhancing their social inclusion, skill development, interpersonal & intrapersonal relationships, intellectual skills etc. From its past successful years, it's evident that most of the members are pursuing their post grad careers in reputed institutions across the globe. And thus RUHSC's alumni members are now linked to running club members & furthermore supervise RUHSC. RUHSC is, in fact, a hub of potential youths to flourish their capabilities in various fields. platform to explore unbounded opportunities & thus facilitate their career-oriented journey. Rajshahi University Higher Study Club (RUHSC) এর ১৩তম সদস্য সংগ্রহ কার্যক্রম আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে শুরু হয়েছে।

উচ্চশিক্ষা, গবেষণা, স্কলারশিপ, একাডেমিক স্কিল ডেভেলপমেন্ট এবং গ্লোবাল অপারচুনিটি সম্পর্কে জানতে আগ্রহী শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য RUHSC একটি সক্রিয় ও সম্ভাবনাময় প্ল্যাটফর্ম। ক্লাবটি দীর্ঘদিন ধরে শিক্ষার্থীদের উচ্চশিক্ষা সংক্রান্ত তথ্য, গাইডলাইন, মেন্টরশিপ এবং বিভিন্ন দক্ষতা উন্নয়নমূলক কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে সহায়তা করে আসছে।

🌍 GIS ও Remote Sensing কী? কেন শিখবেন?

GIS (Geographic Information System) এবং Remote Sensing হলো বর্তমান সময়ের সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ mapping ও spatial analysis tool, যা এখন প্রায় সব বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, রিসার্চ ইনস্টিটিউট, এনজিও, সরকারি ও বেসরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানে নিয়মিত ব্যবহার হচ্ছে।

GIS ব্যবহার করে আপনি খুব সহজেই—
ডিজিটাল ম্যাপ তৈরি
Spatial data ম্যানেজ ও analyse
Area-based analysis
Real-world problem এর practical solution করতে পারবেন।

আর Remote Sensing এর মাধ্যমে স্যাটেলাইট ইমেজ ব্যবহার করে—
Land use পরিবর্তন দেখা
Vegetation, waterbody ও urban area বিশ্লেষণ
Elevation ও terrain analysis (DEM) করা যায়।

বর্তমানে থিসিস, রিসার্চ প্রজেক্ট, এনজিও কাজ, urban planning, environment ও disaster management সেক্টরে GIS জানা একটি high-demand skill। বিশেষ করে Geography, Environmental Studies, Urban Planning, Disaster Management কিংবা Social Science ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ডের শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য এটি একটি career-building tool।

এই চাহিদার কথা মাথায় রেখে আমরা ডিজাইন করেছি একটি Beginner-friendly 7-Day Workshop, যেখানে আপনি theory + hands-on ArcGIS practice—দুটোই শিখবেন খুব সহজভাবে।

১৯৭১‑এর এই দিনে শিক্ষাবিদ, সাংবাদিক, চিকিৎসক, লেখকসহ অসংখ্য মেধাবীকে ঘর থেকে তুলে নিয়ে নির্যাতন করে নির্মমভাবে হত্যা করা হয়, যাতে স্বাধীন বাংলাদেশ মাথা উঁচু করে দাঁড়াতে না পারে।
তাদের সেই ত্যাগ আজ আমাদের মুক্তিযুদ্ধের চেতনা আর বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সাহসের স্থায়ী আলোকস্তম্ভ হয়ে আছে।
প্রতিটি প্রজন্মের দায়িত্ব, জ্ঞানচর্চা ও মানবিকতার মাধ্যমে এ সকল শহীদ বুদ্ধিজীবীর স্বপ্নের বাংলাদেশ গড়ে তোলা।
