🚀 DUET CSE Carnival 2026 is Here! 🎉

Get ready for two days of innovation, competition, and excitement at DUET CSE Carnival 2026, organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, DUET, in association with DUET Computer Society and WhiteBoard Initiatives.

🏆 Inter University Programming Contest (IUPC)
One of the flagship events of the carnival, bringing together the nation's brightest competitive programmers to test their algorithmic skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork under intense pressure. The IUPC Mock Contest will be held on June 26, followed by the Main Contest on June 27.
💰 Prize Pool: BDT 180,000

📱 ICT Olympiad
An individual contest testing your knowledge, logic, and computing skills.

🤖 AI Hackathon
Build intelligent solutions and solve real-world problems using AI.

A truly memorable day for our community!

The leadership of the BAUET Computer Society was officially recognized by our university’s highest authorities in a prestigious crest-giving ceremony.

The Honorable Vice Chancellor, Brigadier General S M Lutfor Rahman, presented the crests to our President, and Vice President, acknowledging their dedication and leadership.
We were deeply honored to have this moment witnessed by our respected Treasurer,and the Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), whose presence made the occasion even more significant.

This recognition fuels our passion to keep innovating, learning, and leading the tech wave at BAUET. The journey ahead is bright, and we are just getting started!

Watching the CSE 15 Batch reach their final commit is truly the end of an era. It feels like just yesterday they were navigating their first "Hello World" and tackling the complexities of data structures, setting the bar high for everyone following in their footsteps. 💻✨
Through every grueling lab session, the high-pressure final projects, and those legendary caffeine-fueled exam weeks, they’ve shown what it means to be a team. Their code might have been messy at times, but the culture and bonds they built were seamless.
As they finally execute their exit command and branch out into the real world, they leave behind a legacy of innovation and shared triumphs. Batch 15 isn't just a group of graduates—they are a network of mentors, dreamers, and friends who have left an permanent mark on these halls.
It’s time for them to log out of this chapter, but the impact of CSE 15 is hardcoded into our campus history and will remain in the cache forever. 🎓🔥

📣 CSE Department Logo Design Competition

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is pleased to announce an open invitation for its official Logo Design Competition. We invite all creative individuals to contribute a visual identity that represents the spirit of innovation, technology, and academic excellence inherent to our department.

📌Submission Guidelines
To ensure a professional evaluation process, please adhere to the following requirements:

⭐Eligibility: The competition is open to all participants. Multiple submission from same person is allowed.

⭐Design Requirements: The logo should be versatile, scalable, and reflect the core values of Computer Science and Engineering.

⭐Submission Deadline: All entries must be received by April 25, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

⭐Format: Please ensure your files are high-resolution and submitted in the requested formats (e.g., PNG, jpg).
