Hey world! 🙂 First, I'd like to say thank you all for following, sharing, and supporting us for so many years. We are thankful that through this page you have been right there with us, sharing our sad moments and our happy moments. Your support has given us the strength to continue forward all these years.

With all this being said, I want to let all of you know that after much thought and prayer, I've decided to retire in order to spend more time with my husband and family, and with that, I will be closing Redemption Road Rescue. Once again, thank you for all your support.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Ranch Hand to join our growing farm in Tennessee. This role involves caring for horses, chickens, donkeys, and additional animals as our farm continues to expand. You will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the animals and property, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Daily care and feeding of horses, chickens, donkeys, and other animals.
• Cleaning stalls, coops, and animal enclosures.
• Monitoring animal health and reporting any issues.
• Maintaining the property, including fencing, barn upkeep, and general repairs.
• Operating farm equipment and tools safely.
• Managing feed inventory and supplies.
• Assisting with future farm expansion and new animal care.
• Handling occasional farm-related errands.

Requirements:
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Prior experience with animal care, particularly horses and livestock.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable performing physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to handle tasks such as lifting, bending, and working with animals.
• Must be located in Tennessee or willing to relocate.

Compensation:
• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience).
• Potential for on-site housing (if needed).
