The IEEE PUST Antenna and Propagation Society (AP-S) Student Branch Chapter is thrilled and honored to have co-organized IEEE PUST TechXplore 2026 alongside the IEEE PUST Student Branch and the IEEE Bangladesh Section!

It was a vibrant day dedicated to learning, technical excellence, and professional growth, bringing together enthusiastic minds, university leaders, and esteemed industry professionals.

Key Event Highlights & Significant Moments

🔹 Spotlight on Our Chapter’s Journey:
A standout highlight for our chapter was an inspiring address by our former Chapter Chair, Jabin Tasnim Upoma. She captivated the audience by sharing the core essence, mission, and activities of the IEEE PUST AP-S Chapter, demonstrating how we empower students in electromagnetics, antennas, and wireless communications. In recognition of her exceptional leadership and dedicated service, she was presented with an Honorary Gift during the ceremony.

🔹 Industry Insights & Global Opportunities:
Participants gained valuable real-world guidance through three impactful sessions:

🔸Samsul Salehin Milton, Deputy Director, Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC, walked students through bridging academic learning with industrial excellence.
🔸Md. Mahmudur Rahman, Executive, SQUARE Pharmaceuticals PLC, demonstrated how EEE graduates can thrive in non-conventional sectors like pharma.
🔸Mijanur Rahman, Erasmus Mundus Scholar (REM+) 2026, shared actionable advice on crafting strong motivation letters and securing fully funded European scholarships.

🔹 Celebrating Innovation & Technical Excellence:
The event hosted three high-energy competitive tracks celebrating problem-solving and technical skill:

▫️Project Showcase: Spotlighting real-world engineering solutions
▫️Idea Competition: Fostering creative pitches and future technology concepts

We extend our deepest appreciation to our respected Counselor, Md. Ariful Islam Sir, and Advisors, Dr. T. H. M. Sumon Rashid Sir and Nitun Kumar Podder Sir, for their constant mentorship and guidance.
