Association for Bangladesh Social Advancement (ABSA) The Vision of ABSA for the new millennium is firm in determination yet quite flexible in approach.

It would like to see a future Bangladesh where Liberal Democracy flourishes and sustains along with the growth of Economic Development, where basic human rights and dignity are honored, where the millions of downtrodden Bangladeshis no longer suffer under the yoke of poverty, rather adapt to a lifestyle which is simple, yet not impoverished, which is peaceful, yet not extravagant and which is decent yet not too materialistic.

সকল বয়সী মানুষের সমাগম ঘটে এমন স্থানসমূহ, অর্থাৎ লেক-পার্ক, খেলার মাঠ, সব শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান, অফিস, গণপরিবহন স্ট্যান্ড/স্টেশন/ঘাটসহ পাবলিক প্লেস। বিদ্যমান তামাক নিয়ন্ত্রণ আইন অনুযায়ী এসব স্থানে ধূমপান নিষিদ্ধ (লিঙ্ক: প্রথম কমেন্ট এ)। এছাড়া পরোক্ষ ধূমপানে শিশু-নারীসহ অধূপমপায়ীরা মারাত্মক ক্ষতির শিকার হন। এজন্য লেক, পার্কসহ পাবলিক প্লেসগুলো ধূমপানমুক্ত রাখতে সচেষ্ট হোন। আইন সম্পর্কে জানুন, মেনে চলুন এবং অন্যকে সচেতন করুন। | | |
