একটি ছোট্ট সহায়তা কখনো কখনো একটি শিশুর বড় স্বপ্নের পথ খুলে দেয়।

“Bright Future Initiative” এর আওতায় Lions Club of Narayanganj Liberty-এর পক্ষ থেকে ১৬০ নং উত্তর পশ্চিম আশ্রাফপুর সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে একটি প্রিন্টার প্রদান করতে যাচ্ছি।

আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, শিক্ষা শুধু বইয়ের পাতায় সীমাবদ্ধ নয়—সঠিক সুযোগ, প্রয়োজনীয় উপকরণ এবং সময়োপযোগী সহায়তা একটি শিশুর শেখার অভিজ্ঞতাকে বদলে দিতে পারে। এই প্রিন্টারটি হয়তো শুধুই একটি যন্ত্র, কিন্তু এর মাধ্যমে তৈরি হবে প্রশ্নপত্র, শিক্ষাসামগ্রী, নোটিশ, ছবি এবং আরও অনেক শিক্ষণীয় উপকরণ—যা প্রতিদিন অসংখ্য কোমলমতি শিক্ষার্থীর জ্ঞানার্জনের পথকে আরও সহজ করবে।

আজকের এই ছোট্ট প্রচেষ্টা হয়তো আগামী দিনের একজন শিক্ষক, চিকিৎসক, প্রকৌশলী কিংবা দায়িত্বশীল নাগরিক গড়ে তোলার পথে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখবে।

শিশুদের উজ্জ্বল ভবিষ্যতের জন্য আমাদের এই পথচলা অব্যাহত থাকবে।

Community Care Day — A Day of Smiles, Care & Togetherness

For the second consecutive year, Lions Club of Narayanganj Liberty had the privilege of spending a beautiful day with these wonderful children.

Every year, this day becomes more than just a service program. The children come wearing their best clothes, with little touches of makeup, bright smiles, and hearts full of excitement. Their joy reminds us that sometimes the smallest acts of love can create the biggest memories.

This year, we shared tree saplings to inspire a greener future, healthy tiffin packs with bread, egg, banana and milk, and hygiene kits including toothpaste, toothbrush, soap and face masks.

But beyond the gifts, the real purpose was to give them a day where they feel seen, valued, celebrated and loved.

Their smiles are our biggest reward. Their happiness is our motivation to continue serving.

Lions Club of Narayanganj Liberty remains committed to spreading kindness, care and hope in our community.

Where there is a need, there is a Lion.

Today was not just our first service project — it was a day of kindness, hope, and human connection.

With grateful hearts, we completed our first initiative by distributing food, planting trees, sharing hygiene kits, and creating awareness through leaflets on diabetes, earthquake precautions, childhood cancer, and hygiene.

Seeing the smiles, receiving the blessings, and standing beside people in even a small way reminded us why service matters. A packet of food, a planted tree, a simple leaflet, or a hygiene kit may seem small — but for someone, it can mean care, comfort, awareness, and hope.

This is only the beginning of our journey. We hope to continue serving our community with sincerity, compassion, and responsibility.

Because true service begins when we feel the pain of others as our own.
