🌱 Generation Green: Voices for Climate Resilience – BAU, Mymensingh 🌱

BAU Nutrition Club (BAUNC) proudly served as one of the co-ordinators of Generation Green: Voices for Climate Resilience, a youth-led initiative focused on climate justice, food security, and gender-inclusive resilience at Bangladesh Agricultural University.

Organized by Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF) with support from the Embassy of Sweden (CREA Project), in partnership with Mission Green Bangladesh and BAU Nutrition Club, the event brought together passionate students, youth leaders, and change-makers to raise voices for a greener and more just Bangladesh.

The event featured impactful activities including tree plantation, campus clean-up, the “Vangri Mama” plastic-for-tree campaign, cultural performances on climate justice, youth idea pitching, interactive dialogue, and recognition of young change agents.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the dedicated members and volunteers of BAU Nutrition Club, whose active involvement, teamwork, and commitment played a vital role in making this initiative successful. Your energy and effort truly reflected the spirit of youth-led climate action 💚

Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF), supported by the Embassy of Sweden under the CREA Project, in partnership with Mission Green Bangladesh and BAU Nutrition Club, invites students and youth to join Generation Green: Voices for Climate Resilience at BAU.

In the Mymensingh region, climate change is not only an environmental concern-it directly affects food security, agriculture, and social equity. This event connects youth creativity with national climate action, with a strong focus on women’s leadership (minimum 60% female participation).
