These fellowships were not built on power, status, or profit — but on shared experience, honesty, and hope.

Have we had positive results switching from Seroquel too Trazadone? Today’s my first day on it bc I’m highly receptive to side affects from EVERYTHING. Abilify makes my legs shake, chlonodine gives me heart palpitations, seroquel makes me hungry & fat.. 😆 this one is the LEAST likely apparently to give me a bunch of bu****it side affects. Lmk how you reacted. I have Bipolar 1 disorder and Histrionic personality disorder.

72 Year's Anniversary Of NA

On this day 71 years ago, Our Life Saving Fellowship was born..After several months of planning, the very first NA meeting took place here. In Sun Valley, Southern California. On October 5, 1953 Jimmy K and 16 other members held the first NA meeting. Giving birth to the 2nd oldest and largest 12 Step Fellowship in the world!! Saving lives for 71 years and counting!! The Lie is Dead We Do Recover!

I'm struggling a lot at the moment, my mum passed away on the 27th of October 2021, my dad passed away on the 6th of January 2024 and my oldest brother committed su***de on the 19th of February 2025, i ended up having no help and support, my mental health illnesses declined, the grief has been unbearable, I had to move area because my mental health declined rapidly and I was feeling suicidal, so I'm staying at the kids dad's house until I can get a house but the council aren't helpful because I left my tenancy, it was that or go back in hospital or worse, I'm trying to get help all of the time, every day, I can't be bothered doing much, I stay in bed, I can't be bothered in doing anything really, I have comorbid PTSD, OCD intrusive thoughts, traits of EUPD and anxiety and panic attacks, the drs want me to wean off some medication at this time, I'm sick and tired of reaching out for help but not getting anywhere, plus I have my 2 youngest children to look after, I don't have many friends, I've been single for 3 years and 8 months, I'm now back in Hull where my family and a few friends are, is there anyone in Hull or local going through similar
