On 24 July 2026, Nirjon Foundation Bangladesh was proud to collaborate with Help The Future (HTF) and Bangladesh Research Society (BDRS) in successfully organizing the Public Speaking Masterclass at Bishwo Shahitto Kendro.

The masterclass brought together passionate young people who are committed to becoming confident communicators and future leaders. Through interactive sessions, practical exercises, and engaging discussions, participants explored the art of public speaking, effective communication, storytelling, audience engagement, and leadership.

We were honored to welcome distinguished guests, including the Country Manager of UN Global Compact Network Bangladesh, the CEO of Help The Future (HTF), the CEO of Nirjon Foundation Bangladesh, the President of Bangladesh Research Society (BDRS), and the President of Dhaka University Research Society (DURS). Their valuable insights and inspiring presence enriched the experience for everyone.

The event also brought together 30+ participants, including youth changemakers, university students, young professionals, and job holders, creating a vibrant platform for learning, networking, and personal development.

We sincerely thank every participant for their enthusiasm and active participation. Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to the dedicated trainers, volunteers, and partner organizations whose support made this initiative a meaningful success.

At Nirjon Foundation Bangladesh, we believe that empowering youth with strong communication and leadership skills is an investment in a better future. This masterclass is another step toward building a generation that can confidently speak, inspire, and create positive change.

ইন শা আল্লাহ, খুব শিগগিরই এই খাবারগুলো ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত মানুষের হাতে পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে। এই মানবিক উদ্যোগে যারা পাশে আছেন, আর্থিক সহায়তা, দোয়া ও সহযোগিতা করেছেন—সবার প্রতি আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা।

চট্টগ্রামের বন্যাদুর্গত মানুষের পাশে দাঁড়ান 🤝

টানা ভারী বৃষ্টি ও পাহাড়ি ঢলের কারণে চট্টগ্রামের বিভিন্ন এলাকা মারাত্মক বন্যায় প্লাবিত হয়েছে। অসংখ্য পরিবার পানিবন্দী, অনেকেই ঘরবাড়ি হারিয়েছেন এবং নিরাপদ আশ্রয়, বিশুদ্ধ পানি ও পর্যাপ্ত খাদ্যের সংকটে দিন কাটাচ্ছেন।

আপনারা জানেন, ২০২৪ সালের ভয়াবহ বন্যায় Nirjon Foundation Bangladesh ১,৪০০-এরও বেশি মানুষের কাছে ত্রাণসামগ্রী পৌঁছে দিয়েছিল। এবারও দেশের এই দুর্যোগময় সময়ে আমরা চট্টগ্রামের বন্যাকবলিত মানুষের পাশে দাঁড়াতে মাঠে কাজ করছি।

ইন শা আল্লাহ, খুব শিগগিরই আমরা ভারী খাদ্যসামগ্রী নিয়ে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পরিবারের কাছে পৌঁছে যাব। আমাদের ত্রাণ প্যাকেজে থাকবে চাল, ডাল, আলু, তেল, লবণ, শুকনো খাবারসহ প্রয়োজনীয় নিত্যপ্রয়োজনীয় সামগ্রী।

🌿 Nirjon Foundation Bangladesh Stands for a Plastic-Free & Sustainable Future ♻️

On the occasion of International Plastic Bag Free Day 2026, Nirjon Foundation Bangladesh proudly joined the Plastic-Free & Zero-Waste Commitment, reaffirming our commitment to environmental sustainability, responsible leadership, and collective climate action.

Representing the organization, Sarim Sulovi, Deputy Head of Administration of Nirjon Foundation Bangladesh, officially signed the commitment on behalf of the organization alongside other youth-led organizations under the leadership of the Youth Coalition for Climate Justice (YCCJ), with support from SERAC-Bangladesh.

We are especially proud that our Founder & CEO, Md. Tasrif Islam, played a leading role in the successful implementation of this initiative by facilitating the entire commitment signing ceremony. Serving as a Steering Committee Member of SERAC-Bangladesh and Central Climate Justice Facilitator of the Youth Coalition for Climate Justice (YCCJ), he guided the program, engaged participating organizations, and helped create a collaborative platform where youth-led organizations united with a shared vision of reducing plastic pollution and promoting sustainable practices.

Through this collective commitment, participating organizations pledged to:
♻️ Organize plastic-free events and campaigns.
🌱 Eliminate the use of single-use plastics.
🌍 Promote zero-waste practices within their organizations and communities.
🤝 Inspire environmentally responsible behavior and strengthen collective climate action.

🌙 Nirjon Eid Upoher 5.0 🌙

Alhamdulillah, today Nirjon Foundation Bangladesh successfully distributed complete Eid grocery packages among 3 underprivileged families as part of our “Nirjon Eid Upoher 5.0” initiative.

Eid is a celebration of joy, gratitude, and togetherness. Yet, for many families around us, even preparing a proper meal on Eid day becomes difficult due to financial hardship. Through this small initiative, our goal was to ensure that these families could welcome Eid morning with happiness, dignity, and a meal shared with their loved ones — just like everyone else. 🤍

Each family received a complete Eid package containing essential items for their Eid celebration, including:

🥩 1 kg beef
🍚 3 kg polao rice
🥔 5 kg potatoes
🧅 2 kg onions
🧄 1 kg garlic
🌿 0.5 kg ginger
✨ Mixed spices
🍜 Laccha semai
🍬 1 kg sugar
🥛 1 liter milk
🧼 1 soap
🫒 1 liter soybean oil

Every package was prepared with care, love, and the intention of bringing comfort and smiles to families who truly needed support this Eid season.

We firmly believe that even the smallest act of kindness can create a meaningful impact in someone’s life. Today’s effort may have been small in number, but the happiness, prayers, and smiles we witnessed were truly priceless.

May Allah (SWT) accept this initiative, bless every donor and volunteer involved, and allow us to continue standing beside people in need. 🤲✨
