''Step forward in solidarity for International Women's Day (IWD) 2025 on March 8 to help 'Accelerate Action'.
At the current rate of progress, it will take until 2158, which is roughly five generations from now, to reach full gender parity, according to data from the World Economic Forum.
Focusing on the need to Accelerate Action emphasizes the importance of taking swift and decisive steps to achieve gender equality. It calls for increased momentum and urgency in addressing the systemic barriers and biases that women face, both in personal and professional spheres.
So, together, let's Accelerate Action to speed up the rate of progress worldwide.'' (IWD)

A Brief Description of the Work of us or our Organization does and the Characteristics of our Approach:

NARI SHAKTI, MAHILA O SHISHU UNNAYAN SHANGSTHA) is a service oriented Women and Child Development, voluntary social welfare, non- profitable NGO (Non-Government Organization) registered with the Department of Social Services, Ministry of Social Welfare. The registration number is by a group of young and dedicated women social workers aimed to conducting Health & Nutrition related research to help the poor and disadvantaged women and children of the society towards improvement of their overall socioe-conomic conditions. Protect women and child from trafficking, establishing women rights in the family in particular, help people during disaster. The organization also conducts survey, workshop, seminar, meeting, advocacy etc. to increase the awareness and reduce mother mortality, to ensure safe motherhood and create awareness safe and hygienic reproductive health practices.
