এলএনজি ঘিরে বড় ঋণের ফাঁদ

মাতারবাড়ী মহাপরিকল্পনার আওতায় প্রস্তাবিত এলএনজিভিত্তিক বিদ্যুৎকেন্দ্রগুলোর সক্ষমতা বাবদ বছরে প্রায় ২৬১ কোটি মার্কিন ডলার পরিশোধ করতে হতে পারে। ২০ বছরের হিসাবে এই ব্যয় বেড়ে প্রায় ৫৭৩ কোটি ৪০ লাখ ডলারে দাঁড়াতে পারে। একইসঙ্গে এলএনজি গ্রহণ ও সরবরাহের জন্য নির্মাণ করা টার্মিনালের সক্ষমতা বাবদ বছরে প্রায় ৮ কোটি ২০ লাখ ডলার পরিশোধ করতে হতে পারে। ২০ বছরে এ ব্যয়ের পরিমাণ দাঁড়াতে পারে প্রায় ১৮০ কোটি ডলার।
