With profound sorrow, MCSK community mourns the untimely passing of Shubair Rahman, a member of the 2nd Batch of MCSK, following a tragic bike accident. His passing is a heartbreaking loss to his family, friends, batchmates, and the entire MCSK community.

We extend our deepest condolences to his bereaved family and loved ones. May Almighty Allah grant them strength and patience during this difficult time and grant Shubair Rahman Jannatul Firdaus.

Heartbreaking News

It is with profound grief that we share the tragic passing of Azwad Tawsif Riasat (MCSK 18th Batch, SMH), a 6th semester student at BRAC University.

He had traveled to Munshiganj Sadar to visit a friend, where he unfortunately drowned while bathing in a pond.

Azwad was also serving as a Research & Development Intern at 24/7 Communications Ltd., under the leadership of our former President, Naihan bhai (MCSK 1st Batch).

On behalf of MCSK Ex Students Association (MExSA), we extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones. His untimely passing is an immense loss to our community.

We kindly request everyone to keep him in your prayers. May Allah grant him Jannatul Ferdous and give strength and patience to his family during this incredibly difficult time.

🏆 Sadman Ahmed Sabub
(16th Batch, C/N: 1635, Islamic University of Technology - IUT)

has been honored with the “Most Creative & Innovative Award” at the Universiti Malaya Civil Engineering Competition (UMCvEC) 2026 as a member of Team IUT.

✨ This award was given for developing a solution that significantly reduced CO₂ emissions compared to conventional industry practices, while maintaining a high 600 mm slump flow—ensuring advanced Self-Compacting Concrete Technology, verified through the EcoConcrete LCA Tool.

👏 His achievement reflects excellence in innovation, sustainability, and engineering brilliance.

A "Career Dialogue & Interaction Session" was held yesterday (April 11, 2026) at the Multipurpose Hall of Military Collegiate School Khulna - MCSK for cadets of Classes IX to XII, aiming to provide practical guidance and informed career awareness through direct interaction with accomplished professionals from diverse sectors.

The inspiring session was moderated by Brigadier General S M Moniruzzaman, SGP, afwc, psc, Principal, MCSK. Among all the distinguished guest speakers, three of our esteemed MExSA members also joined the session:

1. Md Amir Hamja Nerob, Head of Remittance Sales & Retail Sales Initiatives, BRAC Bank PLC (4th Batch)
2. Shafiqul Islam, Founder & CEO, Halkon Tech Limited (6th Batch)
3. Squadron Leader Kazi Raiyan Kabir, Pilot Instructor, Bangladesh Air Force Academy (10th Batch)

As a special guest, Dr. Asif Naimur Rashid, Chief Business Officer, Grameenphone Limited, joined the program online and shared valuable insights.

The session enabled cadets to learn about academic pathways, professional challenges, and future opportunities, inspiring them to make thoughtful career choices with confidence and vision.
