Shaherbanu General Body (GB) consists of 51 members the general body members elect a seven (7) member governing body (GB) for (5) years to function. The executive director is appointed by the governing body and ed runs the organization by 7 Department headed by directors, at present the organization is conducting activities in 1 districts, (Khulna) the activities are operated with skilled staffs of which 73% male and 27% female.
