Rotary Year 2026–2027
Marking the auspicious beginning of the Rotary Year 2026–27, the Rotary Club of Khulna South Bengal successfully organized its Installation Ceremony, the first Club Meeting of the year, and a meaningful Service Project.
Under the dynamic leadership of newly elected President Rtn. Hassanul Banna Shibly and Club Secretary Rtn. Zia Uddin Kajol, the new board officially took charge and pledged their commitment to impactful community service for the upcoming year.
We were honored to have Rtn. PP Molla Maruf Rashid and Rtn. PP Ashish Dey, representatives of the RIPSA Team, Khulna District, as our Special Guests. Their valuable guidance and warm wishes have deeply inspired our new leadership.
Reflecting the Rotary International Theme 2026–27 — "Create Lasting Impact" — our first service project of the year involved distributing a sewing machine to an underprivileged woman to support her self-employment. We believe this small initiative will pave the way for self-reliance for her family.
The first official club meeting featured productive discussions on the annual action plan, membership development, community service initiatives, and fellowship. The celebration concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony to welcome the new Rotary Year, followed by a warm fellowship dinner with all members.
