গভীর শোক ও দুঃখের সঙ্গে জানাচ্ছি, বাংলাদেশ রেড ক্রিসেন্ট সোসাইটি, খুলনা জেলা ইউনিটের সাবেক যুব প্রধান শেখ আলআমিন এবং বর্তমান যুব প্রধান শেখ লাবিবের শ্রদ্ধেয় পিতা আজ আনুমানিক বিকাল ৩টার দিকে ইন্তেকাল করেছেন
(ইন্নালিল্লাহি ওয়াইন্না-ইলাইহি রাজিউন)।

আমরা তার আত্মার মাগফিরাত কামনা করি। আল্লাহ যেন তাকে জান্নাতুল ফেরদৌসের সর্বোচ্চ মর্যাদা দান করেন, এবং শোকসন্তপ্ত পরিবারকে এই কঠিন সময়ে ধৈর্য ধারণ করার শক্তি দান করেন।

যদি তিনি জীবনে কারো প্রতি কোনো অনিচ্ছাকৃত ভুল বা কষ্ট দিয়ে থাকেন, আল্লাহ যেন ক্ষমা করে দেন এবং তার কবরে শান্তি ও নূরের পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি করেন।

আজ সকালে উপজেলা পল্লী উন্নয়ন কর্মকর্তা মোঃ তারিকুর রহমান স্যার-এর আমন্ত্রণে ফুলতলা উপজেলা যুব রেড ক্রিসেন্ট টিম সৌজন্য সাক্ষাৎ করতে উপস্থিত হয়।

এ সময় তিনি ফুলতলা উপজেলার সামাজিক উন্নয়ন, যুব উদ্যোক্তা সৃষ্টি ও গ্রিন এনার্জি ব্যবহারের গুরুত্ব নিয়ে অত্যন্ত ফলপ্রসূ পরামর্শ প্রদান করেন।
তাছাড়া তিনি যুব রেড ক্রিসেন্টের কার্যক্রমের প্রশংসা করে আমাদের কাজের প্রতি আরও অনুপ্রেরণা ও উৎসাহ দেন।

বিশ্ব পরিবেশ দিবস ২০২৫

পরিবেশ আমাদের বেঁচে থাকার মূল ভিত্তি। তাই পরিবেশ রক্ষায় সচেতনতা সৃষ্টি ও কার্যকর পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণের লক্ষ্যে বাংলাদেশ রেড ক্রিসেন্ট সোসাইটি, খুলনা জেলা ইউনিট এর আয়োজনে অনুষ্ঠিত হলো—

🗣️ পরিবেশ সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধিতে আলোচনা সভা
🧹 নগর পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখার উদ্দেশ্যে পরিচ্ছন্নতা অভিযান
🌱 ভবিষ্যৎ প্রজন্মের জন্য সবুজ পৃথিবী গড়তে বৃক্ষরোপণ কর্মসূচি

👉 এ সকল কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে আমাদের লক্ষ্য হচ্ছে সমাজে পরিবেশ সংরক্ষণ ও জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন মোকাবেলায় ইতিবাচক ভূমিকা রাখা।
চলুন, সবাই মিলে অঙ্গীকার করি—একটি সবুজ, সুন্দর ও টেকসই বাংলাদেশ গড়ে তুলবো। 💚🌿

পরিবেশ সংরক্ষণ ও জলবায়ু সচেতনতা সৃষ্টির লক্ষ্যে
মোজাম মহলদার (এম.এম.) কলেজ যুব রেড ক্রিসেন্ট টিম এর পক্ষ থেকে
আজ কলেজ প্রাঙ্গণে ফলজ ও ঔষধি গাছ রোপণ করা হয়েছে। 🌱

এই উদ্যোগের মাধ্যমে আমাদের তরুণ প্রজন্মকে পরিবেশ রক্ষায় আরও সচেতন ও সম্পৃক্ত করার লক্ষ্যেই এ কর্মসূচি হাতে নেওয়া হয়েছে।

Today marks the first day of the "Basic First Aid Training" organized by Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, Khulna District Unit!
Date: 26–28 May 2025

Participants from various backgrounds have gathered to learn essential life-saving skills that can make a real difference in emergencies. The training aims to build a more resilient and prepared community through proper knowledge and practical application of first aid.

The Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, Khulna District Unit has successfully organized a Unit Disaster Response Team (UDRT) Training from 22 to 25 May 2025.

This essential training aimed to enhance the capacity and preparedness of our volunteers to respond efficiently during disasters. Participants received hands-on training in emergency response, first aid, rescue operations, and coordination strategies.

We are proud of our dedicated volunteers who completed the training with passion and commitment. Together, we stand ready to serve humanity in times of need.

*🎉 Rabindra and Folk Fair Celebration | Birth Anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore 🎨🎶*

On the special occasion of the world poet *Rabindranath Tagore’s birth anniversary*, a vibrant *Rabindra and Folk Fair* was held at *Dakshinadihi, Phultala*—the poet’s ancestral place.

The *Youth Red Crescent Phultala team* proudly participated in today’s event by organizing a *Supriya Pani & Medical Camp* to serve the community.

Special thanks to the *Upazila Health Complex, Phultala, Khulna* for providing the medical team and necessary medicines. Together, we celebrated not only the legacy of Tagore but also the spirit of service and humanity.

📢 On the Occasion of International Red Cross and Red Crescent Day | 8 May 2025 🌍*

Today, the *Khulna District Red Crescent Unit* proudly organized a *rally, discussion meeting, and leaflet distribution program* to raise awareness among the public about the ongoing *heat wave warnings*.

Through community engagement and knowledge sharing, we aimed to inform and protect our people from the growing risks of extreme heat. Leaflets with essential safety tips were distributed, and volunteers actively engaged with locals to spread awareness.

This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to humanity, safety, and resilience—values that lie at the heart of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. ❤️🤲

*Day 1 of Anticipatory Action Training at Khulna District Red Crescent Unit! 🌍💡*

Today marked the first day of an insightful and impactful training on anticipatory action. The participants were fully engaged and eager to learn how we can better prepare and respond to potential disasters before they occur.

It’s amazing to see the dedication and passion of everyone involved as we work together to enhance our disaster preparedness and response strategies. This training will equip us with the knowledge and tools needed to take proactive measures and ensure the safety and well-being of our communities.
