CDC Clusters are organized in Federations at the town level under the supervision of UPPR-UNDP Project. The CDC Federations support the CDCs by providing training, assisting in establishing partnerships and linkages, and mobilizing resources from LGIs and other agencies for poverty reduction activities. Furthermore, Federations provide oversight functions for the CDC structures suc

h as Savings and Credit Groups; advocate with LGIs for pro-poor planning; and monitor the distribution of local government resources.
