যশোর বিজ্ঞান ও প্রযুক্তি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের (JUST) কম্পিউটার বিজ্ঞান ও প্রকৌশল (CSE) বিভাগের ২০২০-২১ সেশনের শিক্ষার্থী আব্দুল্লাহ আল নোমান বর্তমানে এক কঠিন সময়ের মধ্য দিয়ে যাচ্ছে।

নোমানের বাবা খাদ্যনালীর ক্যান্সারে (Esophageal Cancer) আক্রান্ত। তাঁর চিকিৎসার অংশ হিসেবে চলমান কেমোথেরাপি ও অন্যান্য চিকিৎসা ব্যয়ের জন্য প্রতিনিয়ত বিপুল পরিমাণ অর্থের প্রয়োজন হচ্ছে। দীর্ঘমেয়াদি এই চিকিৎসার ব্যয়ভার বহন করা পরিবারের জন্য অত্যন্ত কষ্টসাধ্য হয়ে উঠেছে।

এই সংকটময় সময়ে একজন সন্তানের সবচেয়ে বড় শক্তি হতে পারে তার বন্ধু, সহপাঠী এবং শুভাকাঙ্ক্ষীরা। তাই মানবিক দৃষ্টিকোণ থেকে আমরা সবাই যদি নিজেদের সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী সামান্য সহযোগিতার হাত বাড়িয়ে দিই, তাহলে সেটিই হতে পারে একটি পরিবারের জন্য অনেক বড় স্বস্তি ও আশার আলো।
