Responsibilities:

✅Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers to ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction.

✅Regularly visit customers and identify potential dealers; assist
management in sourcing and developing the best dealer network.

✅Identify opportunities for new market expansion and actively develop new business areas.

✅Conduct frequent visits to farms and deliver technical guidance to improve productivity and performance.

✅Conduct regular market surveys and provide insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.

✅Prepare and submit detailed reports, including: Feed Performance Report (FCR), Forecast vs.
✅Achievement Report (Feed & Chicks), Competitor Analysis Report (Sales & Pricing)

✅Handle customer complaints efficiently regarding products and services, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.

✅Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and provide timely updates to Management.
✅Perform any additional tasks assigned by management as required.
