সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা ফাউন্ডেশন ও গাইবান্ধা চেম্বার অব কমার্স অ্যান্ড ইন্ডাস্ট্রি-এর যৌথ উদ্যোগে গাইবান্ধা জেলা শহরের বিভিন্ন শপিং মল, মার্কেট ও বাণিজ্যিক প্রতিষ্ঠানে কর্মরত বিক্রয় কর্মীদের দক্ষতা, অভিজ্ঞতা, কর্মক্ষেত্রের চ্যালেঞ্জ এবং প্রশিক্ষণের প্রয়োজনীয়তা সম্পর্কে বাস্তবভিত্তিক তথ্য সংগ্রহের লক্ষ্যে “বিক্রয় কর্মীদের দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন বিষয়ক সমন্বিত জরিপ” কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা হচ্ছে।

জরিপ কার্যক্রমের মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলো গাইবান্ধা জেলার বিক্রয় খাতের বর্তমান চিত্র, বিক্রয় কর্মীদের দক্ষতার অবস্থান, তাঁদের পেশাগত অভিজ্ঞতা, কর্মক্ষেত্রে বিদ্যমান সমস্যা ও চ্যালেঞ্জ এবং দক্ষতা উন্নয়নের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় প্রশিক্ষণের ধরন ও চাহিদা চিহ্নিত করা।

জরিপ কার্যক্রম সুষ্ঠু, নিরপেক্ষ, তথ্যনির্ভর ও কার্যকরভাবে সম্পন্ন করার লক্ষ্যে সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা ফাউন্ডেশনের পক্ষ থেকে ১৪ জন জরিপকারী নিয়োগ দেওয়া হয়েছে। নিয়োগপ্রাপ্ত জরিপকারীরা নির্ধারিত শপিং মল, মার্কেট ও বাণিজ্যিক প্রতিষ্ঠানে সরেজমিনে উপস্থিত হয়ে নির্ধারিত প্রশ্নমালার মাধ্যমে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করবেন।

জরিপে সংগৃহীত তথ্য গোপনীয়তা ও পেশাগত নৈতিকতা বজায় রেখে শুধুমাত্র গবেষণা, তথ্য বিশ্লেষণ, পরিকল্পনা প্রণয়ন এবং দক্ষতা উন্নয়নমূলক কার্যক্রমের প্রয়োজনেই ব্যবহার করা হবে।

এই জরিপের মাধ্যমে বিক্রয় কর্মীদের বর্তমান দক্ষতা, প্রয়োজন ও কর্মক্ষেত্রের চ্যালেঞ্জ চিহ্নিত করে তাঁদের জন্য প্রয়োজনভিত্তিক দক্ষতা উন্নয়ন ও প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রম গ্রহণ করা হবে। একই সঙ্গে স্থানীয় বাণিজ্যিক খাতের সেবার মান, বিক্রয় দক্ষতা ও কর্মদক্ষতা বৃদ্ধিতে কার্যকর উদ্যোগ গ্রহণের জন্য জরিপের ফলাফল ব্যবহার করা হবে।

Under the joint initiative of Srijonshil Gaibandha Foundation and Gaibandha Chamber of Commerce and Industry, an “Integrated Survey on Sales Employees’ Skill Development” is being conducted to collect practical information on the skills, experience, workplace challenges, and training needs of sales employees working in various shopping malls, markets, and commercial establishments in Gaibandha district town.

The main objective of the survey is to identify the current situation of the sales sector in Gaibandha, the skill levels of sales employees, their professional experience, existing workplace problems and challenges, and the types and needs of training required for their skill development.

To conduct the survey in a systematic, impartial, data-driven, and effective manner, 14 enumerators have been appointed by Srijonshil Gaibandha Foundation. The appointed enumerators will visit the designated shopping malls, markets, and commercial establishments in person and collect information from sales employees through a structured questionnaire.

The information collected through the survey will be used solely for research, data analysis, planning, and skill development purposes, while maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.

Through this survey, the current skills, needs, and workplace challenges of sales employees will be identified, and need-based skill development and training programs will be undertaken for them. At the same time, the findings of the survey will be used to take effective initiatives to improve service quality, sales skills, and overall work performance in the local commercial sector.

বাংলাদেশ জাতীয় সমাজকল্যাণ পরিষদের ২০২৫–২৬ অর্থবছরের অনুদান

বাংলাদেশ জাতীয় সমাজকল্যাণ পরিষদের ২০২৫–২৬ অর্থবছরের ২৫,০০০ (পঁচিশ হাজার) টাকা মাত্র অনুদানের চেক উপজেলা সমাজসেবা কার্যালয়, গাইবান্ধা সদর, গাইবান্ধা কর্তৃক সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার সদস্যদের হাতে হস্তান্তর করা হয়েছে।

চেক হস্তান্তর করেন গাইবান্ধা সদর উপজেলার উপজেলা নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা সবুজ কুমার বসাক এবং উপজেলা সমাজসেবা কর্মকর্তা মোঃ নাসির উদ্দিন শাহ্। এ সময় উপস্থিত ছিলেন সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার মোঃ মেহেদী হাসান, রঞ্জন চন্দ্র দেবনাথ, মোঃ নিশাদ বাবুসহ অন্যান্য সদস্যবৃন্দ।

তরুণদের নেতৃত্ব বিকাশ, সামাজিক উন্নয়ন ও কমিউনিটির কল্যাণে আমাদের কার্যক্রমকে আরও গতিশীল করতে এই সহযোগিতা অত্যন্ত অনুপ্রেরণাদায়ক। সহযোগিতা ও উৎসাহ প্রদানের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্মকর্তাবৃন্দের প্রতি সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধার আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা ও ধন্যবাদ।

The grant cheque of BDT 25,000 (Twenty-Five Thousand Taka only) for the 2025–26 fiscal year from the Bangladesh National Social Welfare Council was handed over to the members of Srijonshil Gaibandha by the Upazila Social Services Office, Gaibandha Sadar, Gaibandha.

The cheque was handed over by Mr. Sabuj Kumar Basak, Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO), Gaibandha Sadar, and Mr. Md. Nasir Uddin Shah, Upazila Social Services Officer. At the event, Md. Mehedi Hasan, Ranjan Chandra Debnath, Md. Nishad Babu, along with other members of Srijonshil Gaibandha, were present.

This support is a great source of encouragement for us to further strengthen our efforts in youth leadership development, social development, and community well-being. Srijonshil Gaibandha sincerely expresses its gratitude and thanks to the concerned officials for their valuable support and encouragement.

সভায় সার্ভে কার্যক্রমকে সঠিক, অংশগ্রহণমূলক ও কার্যকরভাবে পরিচালনা এবং প্রকল্পের কার্যক্রমকে আরও গতিশীল ও ফলপ্রসূ করার বিষয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা ও পরিকল্পনা করা হয়। একসাথে শেখা, পরিকল্পনা ও কাজের মাধ্যমেই এগিয়ে যাবে আমাদের উদ্যোগ।

On 16 August 2026 (Sunday), an important discussion meeting was held with the participation of applicants and members of Srijonshil Gaibandha Foundation regarding the Foundation’s survey activities.

The meeting included detailed discussions and planning on how to conduct the survey activities accurately, participatorily, and effectively, as well as how to make the project activities more dynamic and impactful. গল্পে গল্পে নৈতিক শিক্ষা, স্বপ্নের পথে সুবিধাবঞ্চিত শিশুরা

শিশুরাই আগামীর ভবিষ্যৎ। একটি শিশুর সুন্দরভাবে বেড়ে ওঠার জন্য শুধু প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষাই যথেষ্ট নয়; প্রয়োজন নৈতিক শিক্ষা, মানবিক মূল্যবোধ, ভালো-মন্দের পার্থক্য বোঝার সক্ষমতা এবং সুন্দর স্বপ্ন দেখার পরিবেশ। সেই লক্ষ্যেই সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা ও বই ঘর পাঠাগারের যৌথ উদ্যোগে শুরু হলো সুবিধাবঞ্চিত শিশুদের নৈতিক শিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত করে তোলার পাশাপাশি তাদের আনন্দময় শৈশব ফিরিয়ে দেওয়ার একটি সুন্দর প্রয়াস।

এই আয়োজনের মাধ্যমে শিশুদের নিয়মিত নৈতিকতা, মানবিকতা, শিষ্টাচার, পারস্পরিক শ্রদ্ধাবোধ, দায়িত্ববোধ ও ভালো কাজের গুরুত্ব সম্পর্কে শেখানো হবে। পাশাপাশি তাদের জন্য থাকছে গল্প শোনানোর আয়োজন যেখানে গল্পের চরিত্র, ঘটনা ও শিক্ষণীয় বিষয়গুলোর মাধ্যমে শিশুরা আনন্দের সঙ্গে জীবনের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অনেক শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করবে।

গল্প শিশুদের শুধু আনন্দ দেয় না; গল্প তাদের কল্পনার জগৎকে সমৃদ্ধ করে, নতুন কিছু ভাবতে শেখায়, প্রশ্ন করতে শেখায় এবং ভালো মানুষ হওয়ার স্বপ্ন দেখায়। তাই সুবিধাবঞ্চিত শিশুদের কাছে বই ও গল্পের আলো পৌঁছে দেওয়ার এই উদ্যোগ নিঃসন্দেহে একটি মানবিক ও সময়োপযোগী প্রয়াস।

আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, একটি শিশুর হাতে বই তুলে দেওয়া মানে শুধু একটি বই দেওয়া নয় তার হাতে তুলে দেওয়া একটি সুন্দর ভবিষ্যতের চাবিকাঠি। আর একটি শিশুকে নৈতিকতার শিক্ষা দেওয়া মানে আগামী দিনের সমাজকে আরও মানবিক, সুন্দর ও আলোকিত করার পথে এক ধাপ এগিয়ে যাওয়া।

সুবিধাবঞ্চিত শিশুদের পাশে দাঁড়িয়ে তাদের শিক্ষা, আনন্দ ও স্বপ্নের জগৎকে আরও সমৃদ্ধ করার এই পথচলায় সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা ও বই ঘর পাঠাগার একসঙ্গে কাজ করে যেতে চায়।

আসুন, আমরা সবাই মিলে শিশুদের জন্য এমন একটি সমাজ গড়ে তুলি যেখানে প্রতিটি শিশু বই পড়বে, গল্প শুনবে, ভালো মানুষ হওয়ার স্বপ্ন দেখবে এবং নিজের স্বপ্ন পূরণের সুযোগ পাবে।

Moral Education Through Stories, Empowering Underprivileged Children

Children are the future of tomorrow. For a child to grow up beautifully, institutional education alone is not enough; they also need moral education, human values, the ability to understand right and wrong, and an environment where they can dream freely. With this goal in mind, Srijonshil Gaibandha and Boi Ghor Pathagar, through a joint initiative, have started a meaningful effort to provide moral education to underprivileged children while bringing back the joy of a happy childhood.

Through this initiative, children will be taught about morality, humanity, good manners, mutual respect, responsibility, and the importance of doing good deeds. Alongside this, there will be storytelling sessions, where children will learn important life lessons through the characters, events, and meaningful messages of different stories while enjoying themselves.

Stories do more than simply entertain children; they enrich their imagination, encourage them to think differently, inspire them to ask questions, and motivate them to dream of becoming better human beings. Therefore, bringing the light of books and stories to underprivileged children is undoubtedly a humanitarian and meaningful initiative.

We believe that giving a book to a child means more than simply giving them a book it means placing the key to a brighter future in their hands. And providing moral education to a child means taking one more step toward building a more humane, beautiful and enlightened society.

Through this journey of standing beside underprivileged children and enriching their world of education, joy, and dreams, Srijonshil Gaibandha and Boi Ghor Pathagar are committed to working together.

Let us all work together to build a society where every child reads books, listens to stories, dreams of becoming a good human being, and gets the opportunity to fulfill those dreams.

তৃষা স্মৃতি পাঠাগারের ২৪তম প্রতিষ্ঠাবার্ষিকীতে পুরস্কার বিতরণ

শিশু-কিশোরদের মাঝে সাহিত্য, সংস্কৃতি ও সৃজনশীলতার চর্চা ছড়িয়ে দেওয়ার প্রত্যয়ে তৃষা স্মৃতি পাঠাগারের ২৪তম প্রতিষ্ঠাবার্ষিকী উপলক্ষে আয়োজিত বিভিন্ন প্রতিযোগিতায় বিজয়ী শিক্ষার্থীদের মাঝে পুরস্কার বিতরণ করা হয়েছে।

বৃহস্পতিবার (১৩ আগস্ট) বিকেল ৩টায় মধ্যপাড়া সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের হলরুমে আয়োজিত এ অনুষ্ঠানে সহযোগিতা করে সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা ফাউন্ডেশন।

জাতীয় কবি কাজী নজরুল ইসলামের গান পরিবেশনের মধ্য দিয়ে অনুষ্ঠানের সূচনা হয়। নজরুল শতবর্ষ উপলক্ষে শিশুদের মাঝে জাতীয় কবি কাজী নজরুল ইসলামের জীবন, সাহিত্য ও সৃষ্টিকর্ম ছড়িয়ে দিতে ছড়া আবৃত্তি, কবিতা আবৃত্তি, সুন্দর হাতের লেখা, ‘আমি হব’ কবিতা আবৃত্তি ও রচনা প্রতিযোগিতার আয়োজন করা হয়। এতে মোট ৩৪ জন শিক্ষার্থী অংশগ্রহণ করে।

প্রতিটি প্রতিযোগিতা ও শ্রেণিভিত্তিক আয়োজনে প্রথম, দ্বিতীয় ও তৃতীয় স্থান অর্জনকারী শিক্ষার্থীদের হাতে পুরস্কার তুলে দেওয়া হয়।

শিশুদের মেধা, আত্মবিশ্বাস ও সৃজনশীলতার বিকাশে এমন আয়োজন নিঃসন্দেহে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা ফাউন্ডেশন ভবিষ্যতেও শিশু-কিশোরদের নিয়ে শিক্ষামূলক, সাংস্কৃতিক ও সৃজনশীল কার্যক্রমে পাশে থাকার প্রত্যয় ব্যক্ত করছে।

Prize Distribution on the 24th Anniversary of Trisha Smriti Library

With the aim of promoting literature, culture, and creativity among children and young learners, prizes were distributed among the winners of various competitions organized on the occasion of the 24th anniversary of Trisha Smriti Library.

The event was held on Thursday, August 13, at 3:00 PM in the auditorium of Madhyapara Government Primary School. The program was organized with the cooperation of Srijonshil Gaibandha Foundation.

The program began with a performance of a song by the National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam. As part of the Nazrul Centenary, various competitions were organized to introduce children to the life, literature, and creative works of the National Poet Kazi Nazrul Islam. These included rhyme recitation, poetry recitation, handwriting, recitation of the poem “Ami Hobo”, and essay writing competitions. A total of 34 students participated in the competitions.

Prizes were presented to the students who secured first, second, and third places in each competition and category.

Such initiatives play an important role in developing children's talent, confidence, and creativity. Srijonshil Gaibandha Foundation remains committed to supporting educational, cultural, and creative activities for children and young learners in the future.

অবৈধ ইটভাটার বিরুদ্ধে গাইবান্ধায় অভিযান—পরিবেশ রক্ষায় স্বাগত জানায় সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা ফাউন্ডেশন

গাইবান্ধায় অবৈধ ইটভাটার বিরুদ্ধে জেলা প্রশাসনের অভিযান শুরু হয়েছে। হাইকোর্টের নির্দেশনা বাস্তবায়নে মঙ্গলবার (১২ আগস্ট ২০২৬) গাইবান্ধা সদর উপজেলার সাঁকোয়া এলাকায় পরিচালিত অভিযানে প্রথম দিনেই দুটি অবৈধ ইটভাটা গুঁড়িয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে।

জেলা প্রশাসনের তথ্য অনুযায়ী, গাইবান্ধার সাত উপজেলায় বর্তমানে ১২৫টি ইটভাটা চালু রয়েছে। এর মধ্যে বৈধভাবে অনুমোদিত মাত্র ১৬টি, আর ১০৯টি ইটভাটা অবৈধভাবে পরিচালিত হচ্ছে।

অবৈধ ইটভাটার ধোঁয়া ও দূষণ আমাদের বায়ু, মাটি, কৃষিজমি, গাছপালা ও জীববৈচিত্র্যের ওপর দীর্ঘমেয়াদি ক্ষতিকর প্রভাব ফেলতে পারে। একই সঙ্গে এর প্রভাব পড়ে মানুষের স্বাস্থ্য ও স্থানীয় পরিবেশের ওপরও।

সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা ফাউন্ডেশন দীর্ঘদিন ধরে যুব নেতৃত্ব, পরিবেশ সুরক্ষা, জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন মোকাবিলা, দুর্যোগ ঝুঁকি হ্রাস এবং টেকসই কমিউনিটি উন্নয়নে কাজ করে আসছে।

আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, একটি উন্নত গাইবান্ধা মানেই শুধু অবকাঠামোগত উন্নয়ন নয়; বরং একটি পরিচ্ছন্ন, সবুজ, নিরাপদ ও পরিবেশবান্ধব গাইবান্ধা গড়ে তোলাও উন্নয়নের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ।

গাইবান্ধার পরিবেশ ও জনস্বাস্থ্য রক্ষায় অবৈধ ইটভাটার বিরুদ্ধে জেলা প্রশাসনের এই উদ্যোগকে আমরা স্বাগত জানাই। একই সঙ্গে জেলার অন্যান্য অবৈধ ইটভাটার বিরুদ্ধেও আইনানুগ, ধারাবাহিক ও কার্যকর ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের প্রত্যাশা করছি।

আমাদের প্রত্যাশা—
🔹 পরিবেশ আইন যথাযথভাবে বাস্তবায়ন করা হবে।
🔹 কৃষিজমি ও বসতবাড়ির আশপাশে অবৈধ ইটভাটা বন্ধে কার্যকর পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া হবে।
🔹 বায়ুদূষণ নিয়ন্ত্রণে নিয়মিত মনিটরিং জোরদার করা হবে।
🔹 পরিবেশবান্ধব প্রযুক্তি ও বিকল্প নির্মাণসামগ্রীর ব্যবহার উৎসাহিত করা হবে।
🔹 পরিবেশ রক্ষায় স্থানীয় জনগণ ও যুবসমাজকে আরও বেশি সম্পৃক্ত করা হবে।

সৃজনশীল গাইবান্ধা ফাউন্ডেশন মনে করে পরিবেশ রক্ষা শুধু প্রশাসনের দায়িত্ব নয়, এটি আমাদের সবার দায়িত্ব। আজকের সচেতনতা ও দায়িত্বশীল পদক্ষেপই পারে আগামী প্রজন্মের জন্য একটি সবুজ, নিরাপদ ও বাসযোগ্য গাইবান্ধা নিশ্চিত করতে।

আসুন, দূষণের বিরুদ্ধে দাঁড়াই প্রকৃতির পক্ষে কথা বলি।
