Army-IBA Business & Leadership Club is excited to join hands with MIST Blitz for the 1st Bangladesh Formula Student & Automotive Engineering Summit 2026 as a Club Partner alongside visionary platforms working to inspire the next generation of innovators and engineers.

From motorsports and automotive engineering to strategic teamwork and technical excellence, this initiative aims to create a space where ideas, creativity and industry-driven learning come together.

Before we learned leadership from books or clubs, we learned it from our mothers...

At Army-IBA Business & Leadership Club, we believe leadership is not only built in classrooms or shaped through activities, it begins at home. Mothers are our first leaders, demonstrating strength in silence, resilience in challenges and empathy in every decision they make.

They teach us how to take responsibility, how to lead with integrity, how to support a team and how to stand strong even in the toughest moments. The leadership values we practice discipline, communication, teamwork and compassion that are reflections of what they have instilled in us from the very beginning. Behind every confident step we take, every initiative we lead and every challenge we overcome, there is a mother who believed in us first.

Today, we honor the women who continue to shape leaders, inspire growth and lead by example every single day. Every great leader’s journey begins with a mother who taught them how to lead.
