On 20 September 2026, 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 (𝗦𝗪𝗜𝗙), in collaboration with 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗦𝗗), successfully organized the SWIF presents World Cleanup Day Campaign 2026, with Easy Industries Ltd as the Campaign Partner.

Bringing together dedicated volunteers from several different English medium institutions across the city as well as from various universities, the campaign focused on cleaner communities, environmental awareness, and collective action.

The Volunteer Certificate Distribution was graced by our distinguished guests, Md. Jakaria Nixon, Secretary, SSD, and Mohammad Hasanuzzaman, Head of School, Alfred International School and College (AISC).

The Society for Student Development (SSD), a youth and social organisation, organised an inter-school football tournament in memory of the July Uprising.

The tournament was conducted across eight branches in Dhaka, with a total of 41 schools participating in the preliminary rounds. Following the branch-level competitions, eight schools were selected to compete in the Central Round.

The day-long Central Round was held from morning to afternoon at Futsal Hive in Aftabnagar, Dhaka. Tanzimul Ummah International School, Uttara, emerged as the champions, while Daffodil International School finished as the runners-up.

⚽ July Revolution Memorial Inter-School Football Tournament 2026 🏆

The July Revolution Memorial Inter-School Football Tournament 2026, organized by SSD-Uttara Branch, was successfully concluded with the participation of eight schools in a friendly, disciplined, and sportsmanlike environment.

The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Abdullah Al Mobin, Central Office Secretary, as a distinguished guest.

The tournament promoted sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and friendship among students.

Congratulations to all participating schools, players, volunteers, and organizers for making the event a success. 👏⚽
