Dear Members,
Notice is hereby given that the 1st Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bangladesh Adventure Tourism Association (BATA) will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 4:00 PM to PM-6:30 PM.
Venue: Club Notre Damians Bangladesh Ltd, House -64, Road - 10, Block - D, Banani, Dhaka - 1213
Agenda of the Meeting:
1. Welcome Address: Opening remarks by the Secretary General.
2. Election/Committee Updates: Announcement of the Adhoc/EC Committee for election results or appointments for the next term.
3. Future Roadmap: Discussion on upcoming adventure tourism projects, safety standards, and member benefits.
4. Miscellaneous: Discussion of any other business with the permission of the Chair.
Important Notes for Members:
• Attendance: All registered members are cordially invited to attend. Members are kindly requested to clear all outstanding membership subscription dues by January 27, 2026, to ensure voting eligibility.
• Quorum: The meeting will proceed if the required quorum of members is present as per the Association’s Constitution.
