Leadership is a journey—and every journey comes with its own lessons, challenges, and stories.
Our colleagues recently had the privilege of joining an engaging and insightful conversation with Ms.Rafiath Rashid Mithila, a mother, actress, development professional, and academic, who continues to navigate multiple roles with purpose, curiosity, and grace.

Moderated by Mr. Korvi Rakshand, Founder & Executive Director of JAAGO Foundation, the session took us through Ms. Mithila’s journey across the creative industry, international development, education, and academia. She candidly shared her experiences of balancing different responsibilities, embracing challenges, and finding her own path while pursuing her PhD and navigating motherhood alongside a multifaceted career.

What made the conversation especially memorable was its openness—thoughtful reflections were shared alongside humour, personal stories, and plenty of relatable moments.

The session was a warm and inspiring reminder that being an “all-rounder” isn’t about having it all figured out; it’s about learning, adapting, and continuing to move forward.

Who says development communication has to be boring? Certainly not us!

We were delighted to welcome Md Abdul Quayyum, a prominent development sector professional, to JAAGO HQ for an insightful and interactive session on making communication more creative, relevant, and impactful.

Drawing from his real-world experience, he shared practical insights on effective storytelling, creative thinking, innovation, and communicating with purpose. The lively discussions, fresh perspectives, and engaging exchanges made the session both inspiring and memorable.
