Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management (BSTQM) is a voluntary organization engaged in promoting Total Quality Management (TQM) in Bangladesh. A. M. T. P.

Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management (BSTQM) is a voluntary organization engaged in promoting Total Quality Management (TQM) in Bangladesh since 1996. The society was established on 04 May 1996. Late Engineer Mofiud Doula, a renowned quality expert Engr. Khairul Bashar P. Engr, Engr. Mokarram Uddin Ahmed, Engr. Syed Masud Hasan and Mr. Biswas has taken the initiate to establish BSTQM for the welfare and benefit of mankind. Engr. Mofiud Doula was elected as the first President and Engr. Mokarram Uddin Ahmed was became the first General Secretary. Initiated under their leadership BSTQM emerged as a leading agency promoting Quality Management and culture in all sectors of the economy. Initially the organization was named as TQM Club in 1994. In 1996 it was renamed as the Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management.

🎯 16th NAQCE 2026 | Judges’ Orientation Programme

The Judges’ Orientation Programme for the 16th National Annual Quality Convention on Education (NAQCE) 2026 was successfully held on 05 September 2026.

🌟BSTQM 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026

The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management (BSTQM) was successfully held on Saturday, 29 August 2026 at the SEL Auditorium, SEL Centre, Dhaka.

The AGM was presided over by A. K. M. Shamsul Huda, President, BSTQM, and attended by BSTQM Advisors, Executive Committee Members, Life Members and Student Members.

Mr. M M Kabir, Secretary General, presented the Minutes of the previous AGM and the Activities Report (July 2025–June 2026), while Mr. Mohammad Omar Faruq, Treasurer, presented the Treasurer’s Report, Audit Report and Proposed Budget.

The members highly appreciated BSTQM’s activities and achievements and expressed their continued support for advancing Total Quality Management, Quality Improvement and Organizational Excellence.

🌟 51st ICQCC 2026 Awareness Program

On 12 August 2026, an Awareness Program on the 51st ICQCC 2026 was jointly organized by Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management (BSTQM) & University of Asia Pacific (UAP) at the UAP Auditorium. 👏

🌟 Successfully Concluded | 31st BSTQM Day 2026 & 29th NAQCI 2026 Feedback Program

The Feedback Program for the 31st BSTQM Day 2026 and the 29th National Annual Quality Convention on Industry (NAQCI) 2026 was successfully held on 15 July 2026. ❤️
