Parents Ageing Foundation ''Parents Ageing Foundation'' is a government-registered(Reg No: S-13010) organization. Ashir's Joy Bangla is to Build an Elder-friendly nation by 2030.

Since its establishment in 2016, has been actively working for the aged people in Bangladesh. Abdullah Al Zubair Ashir, a 20 year old from Bangladesh founded Parents Ageing Foundation in 2016, To make a more livable community for old age people. Parents Ageing provides health aid for older people who are vulnerable with health problems, emotional support and work facility. Ashir was awarded Joy Bangla Youth Award in 2017 for his remarkable work.
