The Independent Photography Club (IPC) is proud to present the nationwide celebration of photography, F11-SEE SHARP a premier National Photography Contest and Exhibition.

🔶 ELIGIBILITY
All photographers aged 15 and above 60 residing in Bangladesh are eligible to participate.
Participants must provide proof of eligibility in the form of a Student ID, National ID, Passport, or other necessary documents if required.
🔶 CATEGORIES
1. Single Photos:
Theme: OPEN
HDR, digital photo composites, and photomontages are allowed, but all components must be captured by the photographer. Proof of authenticity may be requested.
2. Photo Story:
Theme: OPEN
Photo stories should revolve around a coherent theme and may include journalism, personal narratives, or conceptual art. HDR, composites, and photomontages are allowed, with similar proof requirements as above.

🔶 SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:
Single Photos:
1.Maximum 10 photos per participant, total file size not exceeding 10 MB.
2.Resolution:
The photo must be in JPEG or JPG format and at least 2400 pixels on the longer side. The minimum resolution is 240dpi.
3. No watermark or border is allowed.
Rename each file as: *Name*_*Contact*_Single Photo_*Serial Number*_Institution/ Freelancer
For example:
Asif Mahmud_017######XX_Single Photo_1_IUB
Asif Mahmud_017######XX_Single Photo_2_IUB
Photo Story:
Up to 3 stories per participant, each containing 6-12 photos, total file size per story not exceeding 25 MB.
Rename the file in the following process: *Name*_*Contact*_Photo Story_*Serial Number*_Institution/ Freelancer

🔶TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Regarding Photo submission
1. Photographs that include sculptures, statues, paintings, and other works of art will be accepted if they do not constitute copyright infringement or fraud.
2. The photograph must be the sole work of the entrant. By entering, the entrant confirms that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, and claim in the photograph.
3. The photograph must not contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
4. Photographers will be notified about the registration process and deadlines after the result is published. If any ‘selected’ photographer fails to complete the registration process within the registration deadline his/her photograph(s) will be disqualified and priority will be given to the waiting list.
5. Judges & curators hold the right of altering any selected images.
6. IPC holds the right to examine the authenticity of the photograph/source material to confirm compliance with these rules.
7. IPC can use the submitted photographs for promotional activities, but IPC will not use any photograph for business purposes.
8. Photos with watermarks are not eligible for submission.
