JUKTI - Club of CSE, IUB JUKTI is the Official Faculty-Student Club of Department of Computer Science and Engineering of IUB.

JUKTI is the official club of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB). This club is the brainchild of the honorable Dean of School of Engineering and Computer Science- late Dr. Ali Shihab Sabbir. JUKTI’s primary mission is to act as a liaison between the students and the Department of Engineering and the core idea is to help the tutees r

ecognize the steps they should take to establish a career and build a skill set outside of academics. Objective of the club:
• Skill: JUKTI’s aim to surpass the norms of clubs being bound to academics is being achieved by organizing a good number of skill-based workshops annually according to members’ needs. These workshops help to open opportunities, create connections, and especially enhancing skills.
• Networking: Growing in practical and technical fields becomes much easier through networking. Through seminars, events, demonstrations, and competitions, JUKTI creates a strong platform to establish a solid network among the freshmen, students, alumni, and teachers.
• Placement: In this world of professionalism and competition, finding a station from a Computer Science background can be challenging. Keeping that in mind, JUKTI has taken effective steps by being connected to our alumni, and organizations to help our undergraduates for their placement

নূতন বছরের নূতন সূচনায় সবাইকে জানাই আন্তরিক শুভেচ্ছা ও অভিনন্দন। পহেলা বৈশাখ আমাদের সংস্কৃতি, ঐতিহ্য আর আনন্দের এক অনন্য উৎসব, যেখানে পুরোনোকে বিদায় জানিয়ে আমরা নতুন স্বপ্ন, নতুন সম্ভাবনাকে বরণ করি।

The JUKTI Club of CSE, IUB successfully organized its Orientation Program titled “Welcome to the JUKTIverse” on 5th April 2026 at the IUB Auditorium, marking the beginning of an exciting new journey for our community.

We were honored to have our distinguished guests present at the event:
Prof. M. Tamim Sir, Honorable Vice Chancellor, IUB
Dr. Habib Bin Muzaffar Sir, Dean, School of Engineering, Technology and Sciences
Atif M Safi Sir, Assistant Director and Head, Division of Student Activities (DoSA), IUB
Asif Parvez, Registrar
Ashraful Amin, Director, Council Affairs

With an incredible gathering of approximately 450 attendees, the event turned into a vibrant and memorable experience filled with energy and enthusiasm.

JUKTIverse was designed as an immersive and welcoming experience for new recruits, introducing them to the culture, people, and opportunities within JUKTI. It reflected the essence of the club, where innovation, creativity, and community come together to create something truly meaningful.

The event featured interactive sessions, engaging games, as well as dance and musical performances, making it a lively and enjoyable experience for everyone present.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to IUB Dance Club and IUB Music Club for being our Cultural Partners and for their wonderful performances that added life and vibrance to the event.

A special highlight of the program was the heartfelt farewell to the Executive Board 2025 to 2026, recognizing their dedication and contributions. At the same time, we proudly announced the new Executive Board for the term 2026 to 2027, who are ready to lead JUKTI towards greater achievements.

We warmly welcome all new members to JUKTI Club of CSE, IUB. Your journey begins here, and we look forward to seeing you grow, contribute, and make a difference.
