daira is launching Lectures on Political Economy & Social Transformation, a foundational course series designed to engage with some of the most critical debates on development, institutions, political economy, and social change.

The course will be conducted by Dr. Mushtaq Khan, Professor of Economics at SOAS University of London, whose work on governance, political settlements, and economic transformation has shaped global academic and policy discussions.

The series will include 12 classes featuring lectures, case studies, course materials, and interactive discussions aimed at students, researchers, and young professionals interested in understanding the structural dynamics shaping societies and states.
