Eid al-Adha isn’t only about the sacrifice that we make on this day. Eid al-Adha is the spirit of giving up one’s own ego, judgment, and all the walls that we build unconsciously around ourselves to separate from others. Eid comes alive once that meat goes into the hands of a neighbor, a stranger, anyone who has nothing in common with you at all.

At NSU MIBC, we carry that same belief, that borders shouldn’t define people, differences should be celebrated, and none of us should ever be made to feel left out.

NSU MIBC is thrilled to announce that our dynamic and dedicated Sub-Executive Body Member, Shafin Taseen Turja, has been appointed as the ARiSE Campus Ambassador for AKIJ Resource. Turja has always been known for his calm composure and relentless commitment, and this achievement is a well-deserved recognition of his steady focus and professional drive.

As one of the pillars of our club, he continues to handle every club responsibility with a clear head and incredible reliability. NSU MIBC proudly celebrates Abeer Wasif Ansary Surjo and Team Sudden Impact for achieving the position of 1st Runner-Up at Calibration 2.0, a prestigious national marketing strategy competition organized by the Department of Mechatronics Engineering at KUET. Alongside teammates Smaran Krishna Sarker and Saadman Walid, Surjo showcased outstanding strategic thinking and competitive excellence on a national stage.

Centered around the evolving food delivery landscape of Bangladesh, Calibration 2.0 challenged participants to develop innovative and impactful marketing solutions under intense competitive pressure. Facing some of the country’s most talented and ambitious minds, Team Sudden Impact stood out through their sharp analysis, creativity, and cohesive teamwork.

NSU MIBC is thrilled to celebrate Abeer Wasif Ansary Surjo, whose strategic vision and unwavering conviction led Team Peaky Blinders to the championship of the Business Case Study segment at Ignition 2026; the country's most prestigious national mechanical festival, hosted by the Department of Mechanical Engineering at KUET. Along with his team members, Shadman Islam, Smaran Krishna Sarker, and Rajin Ahsan, he brought home a triumph that will long be remembered.

Ignition 2026 drew the finest strategic and analytical minds from across the nation, placing competitors in the crucible of real-world decision-making, testing composure, creativity, and strategic depth at every turn. Surjo anchored the team's vision with clarity and conviction, steering the campaign from start to finish while his teammates matched every moment with equal dedication and intellectual rigor. Together, they rose above all competition to be crowned Champions.

We could not be more proud. May this championship be another crown in a long line of victories as Surjo and Team Peaky Blinders continue to inspire, compete, and conquer.
