BJTI- THE CENTRE FOR EXCELLENCE
Human Resource Development is vital to ensure a country’s sustained economic growth. To facilitate that, Bangladesh Japan Training Institute (BJTI) was born under the initiative of Bangladesh AOTS Alumni Society (BAAS) in 2011. Since commencement, BJTI has been offering and conducting quality management training to develop the Human Resources in Bangladesh, following Japanese approaches.
Every year BJTI offers numerous training programs among which some are conducted by international Resource Persons, nominated by WNF of AOTS. The demand for receiving training from this outstanding institution is drastically high and ever increasing. To facilitate this growing number of participants as well as with an ambition to establish itself as the finest training institute in Bangladesh, BJTI has been allocated with 1 acre of land by the govt. of Bangladesh in Purbachal. Members of both BAAS and BJTI are actively pursuing a dream to construct a state of the art facilities for a world class training institute. Such an institute will be the focal point of Regional quality training provider, set aside an extension of AOTS training scheme. Days are not far away for realization of the dream.
BJTI is now going to launch a School for Japanese Language and Culture from 08 May 2019. Registration deadline is 03 May 2019 to enroll in the 6 months-long language course.
The opportunity for Bangladeshi people to "Study, Work & Settle" in Japan has increased in the recent years. IT personnel, Civil Engineers and Caregivers have a great prospect to compete in the job market of Japan and earn better to improve the quality of their lives as well as contribute to the economy of Bangladesh. In addition to having job experience and competitive job knowledge, understanding "Japanese Language and Culture" is very important to be successful in hunting for dream jobs in Japan. BJTI is very much hopeful to train the prospective job seekers for the Japanese job market in a more professional way that satisfies the Japanese standard.
