Preema Nazia Andaleeb, Founder & President initiated Women in Leadership (WIL) in 2014 as a catalytic movement to expand the space, visibility, and agency of professional women in Bangladesh.
She believes WIL is not just a platform, it is an act of cultural intervention. She positions women’s leadership as a creative force, one that emerges when women own their identities, articulate their ambitions, and step unapologetically into public power.

Under her visionary direction, WIL nurtures confidence, competence, and community, enabling women to break social ceilings while discovering their authentic voice. Preema’s philosophy is clear: leadership is not given; it is performed, practiced, and claimed. WIL becomes the stage where women rehearse and ultimately inhabit their fullest potential.

WIL caters to the women who are thriving to grow, excel and reach their true potential despite any obstracle. Women should not think breaking the glass ceiling or being out of the box, they should demand their right, raise their voice and be empowered. 💜💪👩‍🦳⚘️
