Preema Nazia Andaleeb, Founder & President initiated Women in Leadership (WIL) in 2014 as a catalytic movement to expand the space, visibility, and agency of professional women in Bangladesh.
She believes WIL is not just a platform, it is an act of cultural intervention. She positions women’s leadership as a creative force, one that emerges when women own their identities, articulate their ambitions, and step unapologetically into public power.

Under her visionary direction, WIL nurtures confidence, competence, and community, enabling women to break social ceilings while discovering their authentic voice.
