Edge Dialogues - an evening of conversations, culture, and shifting perspectives.

The first episode of Edge Dialogues brought artists and art enthusiasts under one roof to explore Cartographies of the Feminine—a conversation that moved fluidly between art, memory, identity, and lived experience.

Moderated by Fariha Islam, the evening opened with Puja Basak’s presentation on the pioneering sculptor Novera Ahmed, setting the stage for a series of reflections and provocations from the participating artists. The dialogue then opened to the audience, inviting questions, interpretations, and personal perspectives on the many ways femininity is mapped, imagined, and experienced.

Participating artists included Farida Zaman, Ivy Zaman, Kuhu Plamondon, Lekha Nesa Khatun, Mukti Bhowmik, Nargis Poly, Nur Munjerin Rimjhim, Shakirunnahar Kanon, Sheikh Tumpa, Sigma Haque Angkan, Suriyea Rahman, Tarana Halim, and Vinita Karim, alongside an engaged audience that made the conversation truly collective.
