We are delighted that the World Hepatitis Alliance offered the National Liver Foundation of Bangladesh a dedicated desk in the Community Space at the World Hepatitis Summit 2026.
At the summit, we showcased our key activities in awareness, advocacy, testing, vaccination, treatment, and research on liver diseases in Bangladesh. Special emphasis was given to the foundation’s international journal publications, highlighting initiatives such as NOhep, Find the Missing Millions, Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission, the Zakat Fund, and the Rohingya study, all of which attracted significant global attention. Copies of the journals were also distributed among the attendees.
Distinguished dignitaries from the Ministry of Health of the Government of Bangladesh, World Health Organization, the World Hepatitis Alliance including its founding president, the Coalition for Global Hepatitis Elimination, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), and representatives from various organizations around the world visited and appreciated the initiatives.
