Final Speech of the President (2025–2026)

The President of the BUBT Social Welfare Club, Kifayat Ibne Rahman, presented a comprehensive overview of the club’s one-year journey.

The presentation outlined all major activities and engagements carried out throughout the year, along with key partners and collaborations that supported these initiatives. In addition, the club’s core working areas and the milestones achieved during this period were highlighted.

Furthermore, a complete financial report was presented, including total expenditure, remaining funds, and the amount returned to the authority, ensuring transparency and accountability.

ঈদের হাসি – সিজন ৪: সুবিধাবঞ্চিত শিশু ও তাদের পরিবারদের সাথে ঈদের আনন্দ ভাগাভাগি করার একটি বিশেষ উদ্যোগ।

আয়োজনে- সংস্করণ ফাউন্ডেশন এবং সহযোগিতায়- বিইউবিটি সোশ্যাল ওয়েলফেয়ার ক্লাব

এবারের আয়োজনে ৫ জন বাচ্চা পেয়েছে নিজ পছন্দমত জামাকাপড় এবং ৯টি পরিবার পেয়েছে ৭ দিনের বেশী প্রয়োজনীয় সকল ঈদের বাজার। যেসব শিশু পড়াশোনা থেকে বঞ্চিত কিংবা অল্প বয়সেই পড়াশোনার পাশাপাশি কাজ করতে হচ্ছে—তাদের জন্যই ‘ঈদের হাসি’। পরিবারগুলোর আয়ের সুযোগ তৈরি করে শিশুদের আবার পড়াশোনায় ফেরানোই এই উদ্যোগের মূল লক্ষ্য।

Eid er Hasi – Season 4: A Day of Hope and Happiness

On March 17 and 18, Sanskaran Foundation, in association with BUBT Social Welfare Club, organized the fourth season of the Eid er Hasi initiative in Dhaka. Five underprivileged children received new Eid outfits of their choice, and nine families were provided with grocery packages lasting more than seven days.

The initiative focused on supporting children who work on the streets, are left behind in education, or struggle to continue their studies due to financial hardship.

Beyond the celebration of Eid, Eid er Hasi continues with a vision to create long-term impact by supporting families through small income opportunities, enabling children to return to school and build a better future.

২৮ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৬ ইং; বিইউবিটি সোশ্যাল ওয়েলফেয়ার ক্লাব একটি ভিন্নধর্মী ইফতারের আয়োজন করে, যেখানে প্রতিটি সদস্যের রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি-র মাধ্যমে একজন এতিম বা মাদ্রাসার শিশু আমাদের সঙ্গে একই টেবিলে ইফতার করার সুযোগ পায়।

এই আয়োজনে ক্লাবের বর্তমান ও প্রাক্তন সদস্যদের আন্তরিক অংশগ্রহণ অনুষ্ঠানটিকে আরও অর্থবহ করে তোলে। সার্বিক সহযোগিতার জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের প্রতি রইল আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা।

As part of the Public Relations Team Grooming Season, today’s session featured a mock trial simulating real-life corporate engagement and sponsorship discussions, guided by the Club President Kifayat Ibne Rahman.

Volunteers raised thoughtful questions and explored effective strategies to approach company representatives, secure sponsorships, and maintain strong external relationships with organizations. The session strengthened practical understanding, strategic thinking, and professional communication skills essential for successful PR initiatives.

The Public Relations Team Grooming Season has officially begun.

A new initiative is underway, and a dedicated PR team is being formed for corporate engagement and sponsorship outreach, comprising selected Club Executives, Associates, Junior Executives, and newly joined volunteers. Today, the Club President conducted a strategic session on approaching company officials and maintaining strong organizational relationships.
