ইনসিডিন বাংলাদেশ, ইইউ স্পিক আপ প্রকল্পের আওতায় জাতীয় পর্যায়ের ২০টি সিভিল সোসাইটি অর্গানাইজেশনের ৬০ জন সদস্যের অংশগ্রহণে ২ ধাপে ৬ দিনব্যাপী প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করছে।
প্রশিক্ষণের বিষয়সমূহ: অ্যাডভোকেসি, জবাবদিহিতা, মানবাধিকার, শিশু অধিকার, মতপ্রকাশের স্বাধীনতা এবং অনলাইন নিরাপত্তায় সিএসও-র ভূমিকা।
প্রথম ধাপ: ২২, ২৩ ও ২৫ এপ্রিল (সম্পন্ন)
দ্বিতীয় ধাপ: ২৬, ২৭ ও ২৮ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ (চলমান)
আজ দ্বিতীয় ধাপ প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রমটি উদ্বোধন করেন ইনসিডিন বাংলাদেশের চেয়ারপার্সন জনাব তোফাজ্জল হোসেন মঞ্জু। আরো উপস্থিত ছিলেন ইনসিডিন বাংলাদেশের নির্বাহী পরিচালক জনাব এ.কে.এম মাসুদ আলী, প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রমটির মূল প্রশিক্ষক (রিসোর্স পার্সন) স্বনামধন্য কনসাল্টেন্ট জনাব আজিজুর রহমান খান আাসাদ এবং সংগঠনের অন্যান্য কর্মকর্তাবৃন্দ।

এই প্রশিক্ষণের মাধ্যমে অংশগ্রহণকারী সংগঠনগুলো অ্যাডভোকেসি কৌশল, জবাবদিহিতা নিশ্চিতকরণ এবং মানবাধিকার - বিশেষত শিশু অধিকার, মতপ্রকাশের স্বাধীনতা ও অনলাইন নিরাপত্তা - বিষয়ে আরও দক্ষ ও সক্রিয় ভূমিকা পালনে সক্ষম হবে, যা জাতীয় পর্যায়ে সুশীল সমাজের কার্যকর অংশগ্রহণকে আরও শক্তিশালী করবে।

INCIDIN Bangladesh, under the "EU - Speak Up” project, is conducting a six-day training program in two phases with the participation of 60 members from 20 national-level Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).
The training covers key topics including advocacy, accountability, human rights, child rights, freedom of expression, and the role of CSOs in online safety.
First Phase: 22, 23, and 25 April (completed)Second Phase: 26, 27, and 28 April 2026 (ongoing)
Today the second phase of the training program was inaugurated by the Chairperson of INCIDIN Bangladesh, Mr. Tofazzal Hossain Monju. The Executive Director of INCIDIN Bangladesh, A.K.M. Masud Ali and the main facilitator of this training program renowned consultant Mr. Azizur Rahman Khan Asad, were present along with other officials of the organization.

Through this training, participating organizations are expected to enhance their capacity in advocacy strategies, ensuring accountability, and promoting human rights—particularly child rights, freedom of expression, and online safety. This will enable them to play a more active and effective role, thereby strengthening the engagement of civil society at the national level.

ইনসিডিন বাংলাদেশ, ইইউ- স্পিক আপ প্রকল্পের কার্যক্রমের অংশ হিসেবে ২ দফায় ৩ দিন করে মোট ৬ দিনব্যাপী সাংগঠনিক সক্ষমতা উন্নয়ন বিষয়ক প্রশিক্ষণের আয়োজন করেছে।
প্রথম ধাপের প্রশিক্ষণ অনুষ্ঠিত হয় ১৫, ১৬ ও ১৮ এপ্রিল এবং দ্বিতীয় ধাপের প্রশিক্ষণ (১৯, ২০ ও ২১ এপ্রিল) বর্তমানে চলমান রয়েছে।
এই প্রশিক্ষণে মোট ২০টি জাতীয় পর্যায়ের সিভিল সোসাইটি অর্গানাইজেশন (CSO) থেকে ৬০ জন সদস্য দুই ব্যাচে অংশগ্রহণ করছেন।
প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রমটি উদ্বোধন করেন ইনসিডিন বাংলাদেশের নির্বাহী পরিচালক জনাব এ,কে,এম মাসুদ আলী এবং আরো উপস্থিত ছিলেন টেরে ডেস হোমস নেদারল্যান্ডস এর ইইউ- স্পিক আপ প্রকল্পের প্রকল্প সমন্বয়কারী জনাব মাইকেল মন্ডল সহ ইনসিডিন বাংলাদেশের অন্যান্য কর্মকর্তাবৃন্দ।
এই প্রশিক্ষণের মাধ্যমে অংশগ্রহণকারী সংগঠনগুলোর দক্ষতা, পরিকল্পনা ও কার্যকরী সক্ষমতা আরও জোরদার হবে, যা মাঠপর্যায়ে কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়নে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখবে
INCIDIN Bangladesh has organized a 6-day Organizational Capacity Development training as part of the activities of the EU Speak Up Project, conducted in two phases of 3 days each.
The first phase of the training was held on 15, 16, and 18 April, while the second phase (19, 20, and 21 April) is currently ongoing.
A total of 60 members from 20 national-level Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) are participating the training across the two batches.
The training program was inaugurated by the Executive Director of INCIDIN Bangladesh, Mr. A.K.M. Masud Ali. Also present were Mr. Mykal Mondol, Project Coordinator of the EU-Speak Up Project from Terre des Hommes Netherlands, along with other officials from INCIDIN Bangladesh.
Through this training, the skills, planning, and operational capacity of the participating organizations are expected to be further strengthened, which will play a significant role in effective field-level implementation of activities.

আজ শুক্রবার সকালে অত্যন্ত আনন্দময় পরিবেশে ইনসিডিন বাংলাদেশের নিজস্ব উদ্যোগে পথশিশুদের জন্য পরিচালিত ড্রপ-ইন সেন্টারের শিশুদের ঈদের পোশাক বিতরণ করা হয়েছে। আমাদের সকল সহকর্মীদের উষ্ণ আন্তরিকতায় এই চমৎকার আয়োজন সম্ভব হয়েছে। সবাইকে অভিনন্দন।
Today, on Friday morning, in a very joyful atmosphere, INCIDIN Bangladesh team members with their collective contributions distributed Eid clothings among the street children at it's drop-in centers. This wonderful arrangement was made possible by the warm sincerity and dedication of all our colleagues. Congratulations to everyone.

On International Women's Day, INCIDIN Bangladesh held a discussion at it's office in Dhaka to celebrate the day. The speakers focused on identifying women as the key source of offering protection and justice to women victims of violence. While the state is not effectively implementing the existing laws, the community is also lagging behind in recognizing the rights of women. There is also a need to identify and address violence against women in cyberspace.

INCIDIN Bangladesh also organized a rally and discussion meeting at the Mollahat Upazila Complex to observe International Women’s Day 2026 under the EU Speak Up Project. The event was attended by child and youth participants, representatives from civil society organizations, government officials, and journalists.
