About the Project
Ichchey Foundation, an approved social welfare organization, is launching a Constitution & Policy Review Project to strengthen our governance framework and internal policies. As part of our commitment to balanced, inclusive leadership, this cohort is open to three women who want hands-on experience in nonprofit governance and policy work, collaborating directly with our core team.
Key Responsibilities
Policy Analysis: Review and evaluate the foundation's existing constitution, guidelines, and operational policies.
Drafting & Recommendations: Develop actionable proposals and help draft updated policies aligned with modern governance standards.
Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly review and progress meetings with the core team.
Who We're Looking For
Able to commit a minimum of 10 hours/week for the full 6 months
Background or strong interest in policy drafting, constitutional frameworks, legal writing, or organizational governance
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and reliability in meeting deadlines
What You'll Gain
