The session was hosted by Saddam Hossain, PMP®, Event Coordinator, and commenced with a Program Overview presented by Abu Nayem Khan, PMP®, Program Coordinator. A key highlight was the much-anticipated Mentor–Mentee Pairing Announcement, collaboratively presented by Sharmin Rahman, CSM, PMP, Mentor Coordinator, and Noor-E-Tasnim Tamanna, PMP®, PMI-ACP®, CSM®, CSPO®, Mentee Coordinator. The pairing marked the beginning of meaningful connections between experienced professionals and aspiring project leaders, creating opportunities for knowledge sharing, guidance, collaboration, and professional growth.

Following the pairing announcement, mentors and mentees joined one-on-one breakout room discussions to meet for the first time, introduce themselves, understand each other's expectations, and begin building their mentoring relationships.

The session concluded with an interactive Open Discussion and Q&A, providing participants an opportunity to clarify questions, share their thoughts, and gain further insights into the mentoring journey.

Mentoring is more than sharing knowledge; it is about creating connections that shape perspectives, inspire action, and influence the leaders of tomorrow.

With the active participation and support of our mentors, mentees, Board Members, Chapter Leaders, coordinators, and the wider Chapter community, we look forward to making the Mentoring Program 2026 a journey of meaningful connections, shared growth, and lasting impact.
