This project recognizes the crucial role democracy plays in societal development. More than just theory, the Democracy Project emphasizes practical application.

Voice of Tomorrow - VOT is a youth-led initiative empowering the youth of Bangladesh through interactive civic education, fostering critical thinking, leadership and active participation for informed and engaged citizenship. Voice of Tomorrow is a four-month initiative designed to equip underprivileged students in Dhaka aged 14-18 with a strong foundation in democratic principles and civic engagement which is funded by the EMK Center. Through interactive sessions, debates, and simulations, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of democratic theory, its historical evolution, and the challenges it faces today. Students will develop critical thinking skills and actively participate in mock scenarios, fostering a sense of responsibility and inspiring them to become engaged citizens. Stay tuned for more updates on this project and its positive impact on our community!

RIGHT 2 RECALL (R2R) 2026 — THE JOURNEY BEGINS!

A new chapter of youth leadership, civic awareness, and community empowerment begins with VOT (Voice of Tomorrow)!

Introducing Right 2 Recall (R2R) 2026, a youth-led civic engagement initiative committed to empowering young people across all eight divisions of Bangladesh to become informed citizens, responsible leaders, and changemakers in their communities.

Through leadership development, civic education, community problem-solving, and digital storytelling, R2R aims to transform young voices into meaningful action and build a generation that understands not only its rights but also its responsibility to shape the future.

Our mission is simple: Engage. Learn. Empower.

8 Divisions. One Mission. A Generation Ready to Lead.

This is more than a project launch. It is the beginning of a movement to strengthen youth participation, amplify community voices, and inspire a more informed, inclusive, and accountable Bangladesh.

The journey starts now. The future belongs to those who participate.

Every young minds has the potential to lead. Sometimes, they just need someone to believe in them.

That belief shaped CILP — Community Impact & Leadership Program, a 6-month journey by Voice of Tomorrow that empowered 100 students aged 12–16 across 2 schools in Dhaka.

We created a space where young minds could find their voice, build confidence, embrace challenges, and turn their ideas into action.

2 schools. 100 young leaders. 6 months of learning, growing, and inspiring change.

Because leadership isn't something you are born with—it is something you discover when you dare to step forward.

The next generation is ready. We just have to give them the opportunity to lead.
