A community that shapes us to be better human beings are teachers. Besides parenting, we are sent to school/college/universities to get prepared for the upcoming challenges in life to become a better version of ourselves. Hence, teachers are considered our second parents.

Teachers are selfless, who never expect anything in return. However, if we look back, we cannot ignore their effort and contributions towards the future we have built and are willing to secure. As a result of their push, we ensure better places for education and profession for ourselves.

On this day, let's appreciate our heartfelt gratitude towards our faculties and express our affection!

Succes of "Her Day" Season 2

We at IUB Social Welfare Club are thrilled to share the success of our event, "Her Day Season 2.

🌸 Last year, "Her Day" focused on Women's Health, leading to the installation of a sanitary napkin dispenser in the women's common room. This year, we embarked on a second journey with the theme of "Women's Empowerment." It was a gathering to celebrate the strength and achievements of women.

The event was graced by the presence of esteemed individuals

Prof. Dr. Meherun Ahmed, the Dean of the School of Business & Entrepreneurship (SBE) at IUB, shared insightful words of wisdom, guiding us towards positive change.
Guest of Honor Nadia Sarker, Founder and Chairperson of Sidrah Foundation and Director of the Mediation Group, shared her incredible journey, urging us to continue making meaningful contributions to our community, starting from showing gratitude to the women in our own homes.
Our Club Patron Shibly Noman sir and Club Coordinator Ikramul Hasan sir joined us in unity and support, emphasizing our collective efforts.

An additional guest, the mother of a beloved club member, shared her personal story of struggle, reminding us of the resilience that lies within us during hardships faced by single parents.

🎶 A Special thanks to the IUB Music Club who added a harmonious note to the event, leaving us entertained and uplifted.
