What a remarkable evening at the BOLD PepTalk Series Session One!

Today marked far more than an event at Bengal Inn,Dhaka—it marked the beginning of an important conversation about positioning Bangladesh’s Learning & Development industry on the global stage.

The inaugural edition of the BOLD PepTalk Series, “Where Is My Foreign Training?”, brought together an inspiring community of trainers, facilitators, coaches, consultants, and L&D professionals, all eager to explore international opportunities.

A sincere thank you to our distinguished speakers, Ghulam Sumdany Don and Sadique Salim, for sharing their inspiring journeys, practical insights, and invaluable experiences. Their practical stories—from humble beginnings to building successful international training careers—along with an engaging Q&A session, reinforced a powerful message: global opportunities become attainable through competence, credibility, and consistency.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to Shamima Begum Ratna, President of BOLD, for her vision of seeing Bangladeshi trainers recognized and sought after worldwide. ✅ Current BOLD Members: Pay BDT 300 as a seat confirmation token. This amount will be adjusted against your membership renewal fee. So, if your renewal fee is BDT 4,000, you'll only need to pay BDT 3,700 later.

✅ Not a Member Yet? Join tomorrow's event by paying BDT 1,000. If you decide to become a BOLD member afterward, this BDT 1,000 will be adjusted against your membership fee. So, instead of BDT 5,000, you'll only need to pay BDT 4,000.

BOLD Connect Successfully Held

BOLD Connect was successfully held on 19 June 2026, bringing together BOLD members and Learning & Development professionals who aspire to build a stronger and more collaborative professional platform.

This was the first event organized under the leadership of Shamima Begum following her appointment as President of BOLD (Bangladesh Organisation for Learning & Development).

The session was highly interactive, with participants sharing ideas, expectations, and recommendations for the future of BOLD. Together, members collaboratively outlined a roadmap for upcoming events and initiatives aimed at strengthening the Learning & Development profession in Bangladesh.

Several ideas were discussed to enhance the value of BOLD membership, increase member engagement, and create greater opportunities for networking, learning, and professional growth. Important decisions were also made regarding BOLD's next steps and strategic priorities in the coming months.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and contributed their valuable insights. The future of BOLD will be shaped by the collective voice, passion, and commitment of its members.
