It is a skill development organization who are dedicatedly working for the youth to develop their professional and personal skills for last one year with the moto ‘Learn by fun’. In Bangladesh, there are lots of organizations who are dedicatedly working for the betterment of youth skills but we found that there is a bit lacking in
supplying the right resource persons to the market. The speciality

of our organization is ensuring the necessary resource person(s) to the market as needed. Even, we feel that most of the organizations are working just to provide the skills to the audience but they are not actually aware about their career regarding what they will do with these skills in the market. In this case, Youth Network Centre has a 360 degree career planing for the youth as per the market demand. One of our most important specialities is building effective courses and trainings for the youth as they can really learn something. We provide almost each and every of our skill development activities for free of
cost to our co-warriors who are actively working with us. The best thing of us is— we give priority to them who are unexperienced but good-hearted human being. We believe in true leadership. Along with this, we love to develop the skills these unexperienced youth with a proper leadership panel. Throughout the last years, we continued this process and successfully generated them as our weapon.

এখন প্রশ্ন হলো— আপনি কোন পদ্ধতিতে কমিউনিকেট করেন?

সম্মানিত কারোর সাথে যোগাযোগ করার ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের প্রথমেই মনে রাখা উচিত— সেই মানুষটার এতোটাও সময় নেই যে তিনি আমার সাথে আলাপে মশগুল থাকবেন।

ধরে নিতে হবে, তিনি একবার সময় পাবেন আমাদের মেসেজটি দেখার। সুতরাং, মেইন ট্রিক হলো, সেই একবারের দৃষ্টিতেই যেন তিনি আমার প্রয়োজনীয় বার্তাটি বুঝতে পারেন।

প্রথম কনভার্সেশনে ১০টি বার্তা পাঠানোর পরে বক্তা জানিয়েছেন সেই মানুষটিকে তিনি প্রয়োজনে নক করেছেন। পূর্বের ১০টি মেসেজই ছিল অপ্রয়োজনীয়। এর মধ্যে ৪ বার অপর পাশ থেকে রিপ্লাইও এসেছে। এরপর তিনিও বুঝতে পেরেছেন যে বক্তা হয়তো প্রয়োজনে নক করেন নি বা আরও রিপ্লাই দিলে কথা বাড়বে এবং তার সময় ও মনোযোগ নষ্ট হবে। এতে করে ফার্স্ট ইম্প্রেশনটাও নষ্ট হয়েছে। ভবিষ্যতেও যোগাযোগের ক্ষেত্রে বক্তার উপর এই ব্যাড ইম্প্রেশনের প্রভাব অবশ্যই পড়বে

দ্বিতীয় কনভার্সেশনে মাত্র একটি মেসেজে ভদ্রভাবে প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয়টুকু জানিয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে এবং অপর পাশ থেকে তিনিও একটা মেসেজ পড়েই বক্তার ইন্টেনশন বুঝতে পেরেছেন। একই সাথে, তার মধ্যেও বক্তার প্রতি একটা পজিটিভ ইমেজ তৈরী হবে। কারণ বক্তা তার সময় ও মনোযোগ নষ্ট করেনি।

আরও একটি বিষয় লক্ষণীয় যে— প্রথম কনভার্সেশনে দুপুর ৩:২০ থেকে ৩:৫২ অর্থাৎ ৩২ মিনিট সময় নিয়েও বক্তা অপর পাশের মানুষের এটেনশন পেতে ব্যর্থ হয়েছেন। অথচ, দ্বিতীয় কনভার্সেশনে বক্তা মাত্র ৫ মিনিটেই তার উদ্দেশ্য সফল করে কাজটি সম্পন্ন করতে পেরেছেন

আপনি কি চাকুরীর আবেদনের জন্য সিভি কোনো দোকান থেকে তাদের ফরমেটে তৈরি করছেন?— তাহলে ভুলটি আপনিও করছেন।

চাকুরীর প্রথম পদক্ষেপ সিভি বা জীবনবৃত্তান্ত। তাই দক্ষতার সাথে নিজের সিভি নিজে তৈরী করে চাকুরীর প্রথম পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হয়ে নিন। এরপর না হয় চাকুরী যুদ্ধে নামলেন।

'Eye Contact' করতে পারার এক অভিনব পদ্ধতি জানতে ঘুরে আসুন এই ছোট্ট ভিডিও জগতে।

নতুন এক গবেষণা থেকে জানা গেছে, কথোপকথনের সময় আই কন্টাক্ট করতে আমাদের অনেকেরই যে সমস্যা হয় এর একটি বৈজ্ঞানিক ব্যাখ্যা রয়েছে। আর তা হলো, মূলত আমাদের মস্তিষ্ক সঠিক চিন্তাভাবনা এবং কারো মুখ পানে স্থির দৃষ্টিতে তাকিয়ে থাকা-এ দুটি কাজ একই সময়ে এক সঙ্গে করতে পারে না। তবে কথা বলার সময় চোখে চোখ রাখাটা (আই কন্টাক্ট) খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। কেননা এটি অন্যের মনোযোগ আকর্ষণে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে।

কেননা ইন্টারভিউ বোর্ডে বা যেকোনো কথোপকথনে আত্মবিশ্বাসের মূল পর্বই হচ্ছে 'Eye Contact'
