The nature around us is in great danger today. If this persists for a long time than the environmental condition of our country will be threatened. Daily destruction of the natural fauna and flora may be microscopic which can not seen with our naked eyes.but its resultant effect will be dangerous. To day
the people of the universe are very conscious about environment & nature. Like other countries of the would our our people are not so conscious.But for the existence of our own life we have to save our wildlife, our nature, our environment . Today we are in a critical situation. So, if we make delay to take necessary. steps for protecting our natural fauna and flora we will be responsible for endangering our nature and wildlife in return of which will ultimately threaten our existance on earth. So, for making awareness to protect nature and wildlife of Bangladesh thereby save ourselves we established the society "Save nature and wildlife SNW''
AIMS & OBJECTIVES

The aims and objectives of SNW are to collect, study and circulate facts and knowledge about nature and wildlife of Bangladesh, to motivate the peoples and to develop them as nature lovers and conservationists, and distribute the spirit of nature and wildlife conservancy among the public. MEMBERSHIP

SNW membership is open to all Bangladeshi citizen who are above 16, at least HSC pass and faith in aims and objectives of the society. But above mentioned qualifications are relax to foreigners and Bangladeshi citizen who has contribution to nature and wildlife. To become a member an interested person should collect a prescribed form with a society office and after fill up the from should submit to the society office. PLANS & PROGRAMS

-To arrange meetings, seminars, workshop, rallys filmshows on saving nature and wildlife.
-To Undertake research projects regarding nature and wildlife.
-To establish a nature library.
-To publish magazines, booklets, books, reports on nature
and wildlife.
-To stop the peoples from destructing nature and hunting wildlife.
-To take active participation for the conservation of natural fauna and flora and to motivate the people about them

Non Government, Voluntary and social organization -
''SAVE NATURE AND WILDLIFE'' , a Nation wide based nature and wildlife conservation society, established in March 3, 1994. Since than we are actively working for saving natural fauna and flora of Bangladesh.But ourmain emphasis is on Khulna division. natural fauna and flora of this division is mainly sundarban based, the largest mangrove forest on earth. So, we are particularly working to save fauna and flora of Sundarban and surroundings. From establishment to date we motivated a large number of people about the significance of nature and wildlife of Bangladesh and to protect them from endangering. We hope in near future we could motivate a greater number of people for taking part in conservation of natural fauna and flora of Bangladesh. We believe the our existence of our nature and natural fauna and flora. So, we should save them from endangering.
