এই মানুষটার হয়তো স্বপ্ন ছিলো পাবলো পিকাসো, ভি. ভ্যান গখ কিংবা লি. দ্যা ভিঞ্চি হওয়ার, জীবনের নানান প্রতিকূলতা সীমাবদ্ধতা পেরিয়ে সেটা আর সম্ভব হয়নি তাই সে মনের খেয়ালে আনমনে রাস্তার ধারে জীবনের অধরা স্বস্নগুলো এঁকে যাচ্ছে নিজের মতন করে।

এই পুচকি পেন্ট পরে না, আমি প্রতিদিন অফিস থেকে আসার সময় ওকে ম্যানাছাড়া নেন্টু দেখি, ওর মা আধা পাগল রাস্তা তেই শুয়ে পরে থাকে, আজকে ওকে নতুন পেন্ট কিনে জোর করে পরিয়ে দিছি। সে কি রাগ আমার উপর, বড় বড় চোখ করে তাকিয়ে ছিলো পারলে আমাকে গিলে খাবে এমন এক্সপ্রেশন, যাই হোক পরে আদর করে ১৫ মিনিট যাবত বোঝিয়ে আসছি পেন্ট পরে থাকতে হবে, খুলা যাবে না।

This little girl doesn't wear pants, I see her naked every day when I come from office, her mother is lying on the street like crazy, today I bought her new pants and forced her to wear them.She was angry with me, she was looking at me with big eyes, an expression that would swallow me if she could, anyway, I have been lovingly explaining for 15 minutes that pants must be worn, they cannot be taken off.
