These illiterate street-children are addicted to drugs day by day and As a result they find themselves in the crime worl
d which ruin their lives as well as the society. "SOPNOKUTHIR" will work for these deprived and helpless children. These children will see a new dream world around the "Sopnokuthir" where they could find a well organized life-style, good education and cheerful recreation. The 'Sopnokuthir' will provide not only the institutional education but also the technical education so that these children can live in the society with honour and dignity.

মানুষের একমাত্র পরিচয় তার মনুষ্যত্ব অতপর বেক্তিত্ব। সমাজের প্রত্যেকটা মানুষের জন্ম হয় সম্পুর্ন জ্ঞানহীন সর্বপরি নিস্পাপ হয়ে এর পরে বাবা-মায়ের আদর স্নেহে বেড়ে ওঠে। একদিন অনেকে বাবা মায়ের সৃষ্টিশীল চিন্তাভাবনার আলকে বড় হয় আবার কেউ কেউ অবহেলায় অনাহারে অর্ধাহারে পড়ে থাকে রাস্তার পাশে। অক্ষরজ্ঞানহীন এসব রাস্তার শিশুরা একসময় পা বাড়ায় নেশা আর অপরাধ জগতে। যা এক সময় আবার আমাদেরই ক্ষতিসাধন করে।
"স্বপ্নকুঠীর" কাজ করবে ওইসব অবহেলিত শিশুদের জন্য, স্বপ্নকুঠীরকে ঘিরে ওই শিশুরা দেখবে নতুন এক স্বপ্নের পৃথিবী। যেখানে থাকবে পরিমিত জীবনব্যবস্থা, পরিকল্পিত শিক্ষাব্যবস্থা এবং আনন্দ বিনোদন। রাস্তা থেকে তুলে এনে এইসব শিশুদের দেওয়া হবে প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক ও কারিগরি শিক্ষা, সমাজের আর পাঁচজনের সাথে যাতে সম্মানের সাথে চলতে পারে করা হবে সে ব্যবস্থাও।
আর তাই আমাদের স্বপ্নের এই স্বপ্নকুঠীর আজ বাস্তবতার দরজায় কড়া নেড়েছে।
