Inspired by the Teachings of Islam, and to function according to Sharia'h Law of business. As a believer and as a inhabitant of a country like Bangladesh where so many orphans are living an indescribable life, it becomes our dut
y to help these orphansl.
01. Objectives:
VZT has the following objectives:
i) To provide residence to the street children and orphans. Males and females will reside in different halls of residence. No more than 100 children will reside in a single hall. ii) To provide with clothing and other needed materials. iii) To provide with quality food to them Where nutrition will be given more preferences than taste. iv) Regular medical checkup and free health care facilities will be provided. An appointed doctor will have a checkup of all the children at least once in a month. Also emergency and first aid medical facility will also be ensured. A psychologist will check up the mental situation of all children at least once in a year. v) Quality education will be provided to the children. schools whichever suits them. According to their merit they will be sent to different schools. Transportation facility will be provided through VZT’s own vehicles. If not available then a caretaker will help the children to reach their school and take them back after school. Hall resident tutor will be there to provide with educational help and other emergency need. A religious teacher will give proper religious education every Friday to the children. vi) Extra and co-curricular activities will be encouraged by the VZT caretakers. vii) After having financial stability the trust will try to have its own educational institution inshallah, which will be also a source of income for the trust. Quality education will be ensured by these educational institutions.
02. Financial Objectives:
i) Financing the trust will primarily depend on Sadaka. Primarily donations will be taken from the interested participants (VZT members) of the project. ii) Businesses will be done with the primary amount gathered from donations. And the donor should be aware of it as a business may run in loss. We have to try our best to make the business run and make it profitable. In the first stage VZT members will run the business. If the business got stabilized then business personnel may be hired and the business may run as a normal business firm. There is no doubt that the whole profit of the business will go for the orphanages. iii) The money of Jakah will directly be used to the orphanages not in the business.
03. veer-zaara trust Members:
01. General Membership: To subscribe for a general membership an amount of TK. 500/= monthly has to be paid. With general membership you can cast a vote in the election, have a visit in the orphanages, take part or go for any election of the trust. A member can also pay his full yearly fees or half yearly fees together.
02. Premium membership: Actually there is no difference between general and premium members except that a premium member is a good job holder or a business man who is willing to support us financially and with their valuable advice. A premium member can ask for an executive board meeting if he sees any unfair means in the business or orphanage operation procedure. But he can do it once a year only. The amount to subscribe for premium membership is Tk. 3000/= monthly. veer-zaara trust is not any humanitarian organization. We believe humanitarian works are not an extra effort, but responsibility of all who are capable. May Allah (vzt) help us to accomplish our goal.
